I have gotten 2 drinks now that are not what I've ordered. I got the first one & tried to go back and they were closed 10 mins later (in the morning). I called 4x & each time they were closed (over the last 2 days). A coworker went this morning & got drinks, again mine was incorrect. Today I ordered a caramel macchiato with 3x shots of espresso and my drink was full of milk & very light on the top and full of caramel sauce. The lady working is rude everytime I go there. I still need a remake or refund from my first drink. But there hasn't been a manager or they are closed the last few days...

I put a mobile order in for 3 drinks 30 minutes before showing up and when I arrived he asked if I could come back ONE HOUR later when he’s had time to make one of the ingredients. The manager should be fired and the employee retrained. You don't just stare at the customer with a dumb look and tell them no.
