McDonald's — Restaurant in Blytheville

Most of the staff was very nice and friendly, except the lady who looked as though she was the manager. She was very rude, and extremely unfriendly. We placed our order at a kiosk. My wife ordered a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce, pickles, and lettuce. When we got our food we found out we were missing our daughters mcnuggets, and when my wife bit into her fish sandwich she found out there were no pickles or lettuce on it. So I went up to the counter and told them, politely, about the missing nuggets and items off my wife's sandwich. The manager took my wife's sandwich in back and came back a few seconds later handed me the sandwich back and said. You done ate most of that, I dont know what you want me to do with that. She just walked off while saying this leaving me standing there. Then someone else, Mrs. Willie May, asked what was wrong and we told her and she said she would help us. She rang up a whole new sandwich and had it made for my wife. I told her we just needed the pickles and lettuce we ordered and paid extra for. She said it was easier to do this. We thanked her repeatedly. She brought us our missing nuggets and the new sandwich made correctly. We asked if they wanted the other sandwich since we only needed one. She declined and said to keep it or toss it whichever we wanted. She was extremely polite and nice, an amazing woman. Seems the store manager could take some lessons from her on...

This is my hometown and I'm soooo embarrassed. ( The Main Street location in Blytheville Ar)I just had to grin and bare it because my mama wanted her fish sandwich. Just one fish sandwich and it took approx 18 to 20 mins to receive it. After placing my order at the kiosk i proceeded to the counter and stood there so i could pay and everyone just stared at me. After several mins a young lady asked me what i ordered, i told her and she just turned around and started looking at the active orders on the screen they work from.......after several workers looked at me and asked what I ordered they all just proceeded on. A young lady came in after me and ordered a sandwich as well.......and someone walked straight up to the counter and took her money and serviced her before me. I ensured I smiled at them all. Only one person smiled back. But oh well....just about the $$$ for McDonald's as a corporation i guess. You can tell they don't check on this location much.

We got off the interstate to get some food, but had a difficult time finding this McDonalds since they did not have ANY of the signs turned on, we even wondered if it was open, even though it was only 8pm. We then tried to order with an employee, but it took a minute for anyone to come to help us, and then their ice cream machine was down, so no sundae, mcflurries, etc. (I wouldn’t have minded that as it can happen, however considering all the other problems, I am thinking it may be a management problem.) We used both the men’s and women’s bathrooms and they were in terrible shape, very dirty-the fixtures were good, just not the cleanliness. I haven’t ever been to a McD’s that had so many things going wrong. If all McD’s were like this one, I would not be eating at their...
