Duffy’s has always been a pleasure experience for my family and I for years now. Tyler the manger is a class-act, well-represented gentleman, who always goes out of his way to assist his staff to maintain a good environment inside & outside the restaurant! When I was at my local Duffy’s today here off Saint Andrew’s, I witnessed an unruly family antagonize a man and his son for cheering on their favorite sports team by cheering, screaming, clapping and even shouting. A set of people who were sitting outside told the son and his father to shut up and we are trying to eat dinner here, please keep it down. “I don’t care if it is football."You shouldn’t be that way, watching sports by rooting for a player, team, a play or anything in that way. Tyler, approached the set of people who they were with and explained to them it is completely fine and normal to be ecstatic/cheerful and show expression and happiness towards a team that’s winning the game. Tyler, handled everything proficiently, appropriately, and correctly by telling the other customers they were allowed to shout and scream as long as they didn’t use profanity and they didn’t. The people across the way on the other side of the outside bar continue to harass a son and his father. Tyler once again, folks, I can’t do anything else besides what he initially told them to begin with. I am happy to say, from being a bystander, Tyler did the right thing here and to see him address the situation to the rude, disrespectful, cruel/mean customers across the way, bothering two sets of football fans to have a good time eating some delicious food, drinks, and watch some Sunday football entertainment to kick off the season. I will definitely be back here next week again to see some more football. Duffy’s will forever be my favorite sports bar in South Florida and will continue supporting them and giving them business to the management team, who are astonishing, trained well, and great when it comes to food...

First of all food is awesome. Drinks are 2 for 1 but they pour short to make up the difference... but it seems they do this as corporate policy cause that's what I've found asst every Duffys I've been to. This particular Boca location I have tried twice now. The first time was scary. We sat outside and waited And waited. Finally we got our waitress And ordered drinks And waited some more. Amanda finally brought them to us and then we uhmmmmm WAITED. I finally grabbed my phone and called the locations number And asked if we could get our waitress to come see us again. When Amanda arrived... she was pissed. We apologized but said we were there a long time. She told us we were out of line and we should have told the other waiter to get her... not call. I informed her we did tel the other waiter... he said ok and left. She said well them ill have to kick his ass. So anyway we asked if we could get our alcohol inn one glass and our mixer in another she hit the roof And said.. well you're still only going to get 1 ounce of booze...ahahhhaaa confirmation a regular mixed drink should have 1 and a half ounce. Any way she was very rude the entire time.

We went back a week later to give it another try... it was better but when I asked for a seat outside the hostess told me to wait she'd take me to a seat... while two of them at the hostess stand stood there doing nothing...a third hostess arrived where the second hostess said... do you wanna take this guy to a seat outside ...the 3rd NO. so the second hostess grudgingly took me to a table. When I asked if I could sit at a high to for 2 instead of a low table for six... she started to say no but then said ahhhh ok fine.

There are some serious staffing issues going on at st. Andrews.

But hey the food is pretty...
