Terrible Location!!!! One specific lady has very lazy work ethics!!! She claimed to be store manager who delivers pizzas!!!
I've ordered for delivery at this location 3 times but have had a bad experience the 2nd and 3rd time. I am literally located in between 2 pizzahut store locations. I went to the pizzahut website and the boerne location is the closest store listed for delivery to my address. (The 2nd closest one is by UTSA which only offers carry out for me.)
1st time I ordered for delivery was great! Pizza was delivered by a young gentleman (don't recall his name) and he arrived no later than 10 mins!!
2nd time I ordered for delivery was quite an experience.. Due to the children doing online schooling at home, I was unable to leave to buy them a quick bite to eat.
I ordered 1 medium pizza which was supposed to be delivered in 15 mins or less..
After 25 mins I recieved a phone call from a female pizzahut delivery driver who was literally across ih10 from my address and claimed that she couldn't find the address due to the fact that the store "doesn't deliver to my address".. She told me " We must have been slow because we normally dont deliver this far".. (No you deliver this far because the website selected your location for delivery. So do your job)
She eventually found my address after 45 mins from when I submitted my order then we went about our day.
3rd time I ordered for delivery (last evening, 08.02.20) Kids were craving pizza before bedtime and I decided to order from boerne.
5 mins after I had submitted my order online, I had recieved a phone call from the same exact lady. She calls me upset and tells me that she remembers me from the 2nd experience and told me that they "do not deliver to my address." I mentioned to her about my 1st experience and how thier website selected the boerne location for delivery but she goes on about how "we must have been slow because we don't normally deliver out that far".. (No lady you must just be completely lazy and hate your job because that is terrible customer service.)
She eventually started to get upset with me and decided to hang up on me while I was trying to talk to her. I called the boerne store directly and guess who answered?!? (Same lady)....
I asked to speak to the manager and she replied that she WAS the manager... I mentioned to her that I was unaware that store managers deliver pizzas?? She responded with "Yes sir, I deliver pizzas, take orders, cook the pizzas, and answer phone calls." I asked her for her name and that I will be contacting corporate office about this experience. She told me "go ahead" with a snarling attitude and claimed that her name was "Mary" (if that was even her "real" name.) I asked her about refunding my order and she rudely told me that it will be refunded and hung up afterwards on me a 2nd time.

My wife and I just got home from the hospital after having our second child and decided the easiest food and quickest fix was to order a couple pies. My wife called it in and was quoted 25 - 35 mins; an hour later she called back to ensure there wasn't an issue. The service representative was rude and told her it was going to be an 1hr 45mins, when my wife explained that she was originally quoted 35 mins the representative told her NO she was quoted the 2 hr time. I then got on the phone asked to speak to manager saying 2 hours is an unreasonable time to wait for a pizza. The representative began to argue with me that it wasn't really 2 hours and in a sassy tone told me the best she could do is have a manger call me. I had to disengage with this representative and call back in order to speak with a supervisor who then transferred me to the actual store manger. The store manager explained to me that it was unprecedented to have a call go directly to the store and she apologized for the situation. I must say the store manager was very professional, however at this point there was no fix to the situation. I just wanted them to know their 3rd party cost them a consistent repeat customer.

I went once when it was posted that they had dine-in, and then when we got inside they said there was no dine-in so we just got to-go and left but the food was still pretty good. Just tonight though, we called AHEAD of time at 7:15 asking if the dining room was open. They said that it would be open until closing time which is at 10:30.
