The worst experience I have ever had with a phone carrier. One star is too much to give this Boerne location. I preordered the new IPhone and was told that I would receive my phone on 9/23/22. When the phone did not arrive, we called the store and they said they would not be able to help us and we would need to call customer service. The customer service was not able to resolve our issue so tried going back into the store, but we were told again to call customer service. I don't understand why they were not willing to help when I ordered my phone in store?! I spent hours and made several phone calls to customer service and they have not been able to resolve this issue. It has been almost a week and we are still nowhere near any resolution. I still don't have any answers and NOBODY is trying to help. I have been extremely frustrated so I thought I would try again and call the store. I was hoping that maybe somebody would be willing to help this time. I spoke with Sandra the Assistant Manage and I felt so confused with our conversation. She is telling me we are not eligible for an upgrade. I was just blown away. I don't understand how we were able to order a phone, and now that it is essentially lost we no longer qualify? We were charged $90.00 for the phone, but we have no phone! We decided to just go down to best buy to order another phone, but there is some hold on our account now.
