I ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered a custom bowl with Adobe chicken, extra chicken, shredded lettuce, fajita veggies corn salsa, tortilla strips, lime rice, queso, and cilantro. The extra chicken that was put on my bowl was old and clearly from the bottom of the pan. I can only describe it as chicken crumbs. And some of the chicken crumbs are crunchy. The serving of the shredded lettuce is so small that I can count the lettuce. There are 6 pieces of shredded lettuce. 6.... When I called and began to politely explain the situation to the manager I was met with impatience and annoyance. As I was explaining the situation the manager continuously interrupted me. Until I sternly asked to please stop interrupting me. When I was finally able to get all of the information out the manager told me I would have to get a refund from Uber Eats. I explained that I dont want a refund. I would like my food made with better quality and replaced. Then the manager said, "so you want a refund and you food replaced?". Again, I informed him that, " I dont want a refund, I would just like my food replaced.". And as the manager was taking my information he repeated the info back to me in a condescending tone with clear annoyance. I enjoy Qdoba's food and will most likely eat it again. But not from this location and not soon. I have worked in the food and service industry for more than a decade and I completely understand the challenges of dealing with customer complaints. And that's why I always speak with respect and understanding whenever I need to inform an employee of a messed up order or poor quality of food. This manager needs to be retrained in customer service. He is obviously on his last straw and unable to deliver good customer service. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of food and customer service with this location. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you have a good day.

Sooo, one time you go in the portion are a lot, the next time they don't give you anything. I stopped going for months I figured I'd return, because the food is great. So went in yesterday and got a heaping bowl it was great, today, not so much. I even said half way into the line after beans, rice and chicken "okay that's literally the smallest bowl I've ever seen" mind you bowls cost a 1$ more because they're to be bigger in portions. The guy says sorry. He scooped the chicken, literally shaking the majority back, finally I spoke up. He said "sorry" a female employee says "sorry, we can give you more rice and beans, just not meat, it's extra." Why should I pay extra to get a normal portion? That amout would have easily made a SMALL burrito. As I stood outside someone was walking in, I told him "I wouldn't go in there if I was you," he said "oh yeah why's that?" I told him what had happened. He said that's the exact reason he never goes there anymore. Thanking me, we both decided it's time to write a review. Read moreI came in to grab some of their new citrus Lime shrimp on my way out of town with a 4 Hour Dr. in front of me and there was no one else in the restaurant. It was dead when I went to order the kid looked inside the bowl of shrimp and proceeded to tell me that he’d have to cook more shrimp and it would take 6 to 8 minutes in order to complete my order.. As they came in I noticed two other employees eating at the front table. One of the meals that one of the employees was eating was full of shrimp clearly where all of the shrimp went and didn’t bother to make anymore for the customers. As I had a 4 Hour Dr. in front of me and it was already almost 7.
