Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Idaho

Extremely disappointing... I have never posted an online review before, but created a google account specifically because my experience here was so poor. At 10:10 on a Saturday, I wanted a Chick Fil A breakfast sandwich, but I wasn’t sure if what time they stopped serving breakfast. I checked their website, but it didn’t say (which is already ridiculous). Based on responses on reddit, it seemed like most locations served breakfast til 10:30, and some until 11 on Saturdays. So I hurried to chick fil a to try to make it in time for breakfast (thinking they probably served til 11) I arrived at chick fil a 10:20am. By the time I made it to the window to order it was 10:31am. I asked if they were still serving breakfast and they said they stopped serving at 10:30. Now, I am a huge rule follower myself, and so I can understand not wanting to bend the rules. But not allowing me to have breakfast because I missed your cutoff by ONE minute, especially because you could see I’ve been WAITING in your line for ten minutes seems pretty harsh. And if you are going to be that ruthless with your cutoff time, would it be too much trouble to post your breakfast hours on your website? I don’t want lunch...

This location (maybe all) is constantly busy and has overtaken the parking lot with 2 long lines of cars to get to the single drive-thru. They have order takers standing before the drive-thru menu, but I'm not comfortable deciding what to get with someone staring at me as I look at a unsanitary menu on a card. I came to try the new pimento chicken sandwich meal. Because of the intimidating presence of the employee, I forgot several modifiers to my meal. I'm happy to report that there weren't any mistakes in my order as I checked it while still at the window. The waffle fries were mostly huge pieces, with only a few small, but they were slightly underdone and not salted well. I get it some people like salt and others do not, but this was trying to please both types with just a very small amount of salt. The sandwich was large, but the pimento was overly sweet and I was not expecting that on a chicken sandwich. The bottom of the sandwich was wet and looking in the box, there was a fair amount of pimento sauce juice! Very watery orange liquid and it was greasy. Totally unappetizing. I needed to use all the napkins they provided. All-in-all, I was quite unimpressed and...

I have been to the other Chick-fil-As in town. This is my first visit here. Chick-fil-A is probably one of the best fast food chains around. From the nice staff, food and cleanliness of the venue, Chick-fil-A is a well oiled machine.

We were instantly greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We made our way to the counter and again, was greeted by a wonderful smile. The gal at the register took our orders, got our drinks to us and had us sit at a table.

For lunch I had the spicy chicken deluxe, waffle fries and a lemonade. My sandwich was same as always, good. The fries were cooked nicely. Fries with Chick-fil-A sauce is the best! They have the best lemonade for a fast food joint. I enjoy the little pieces of pulp in the lemonade. My husband grabbed a side of mac and cheese. The best part of the mac and cheese is the dark crispy cheese from being baked. As always, the mac and cheese was delicious too.

I appreciate the staff here. They walk around and check up on you. They grab whatever you need or refill your drinks. It's refreshing to have such great customer service from genuinely nice people. I'm happy I stopped by this joint for...
