Came in after a busy morning of running errands, and needed a sweet treat. First things first, this place has incredible vibes! Awesome mural, cool decor, clean space, and a very welcoming employee, Nidaa! The mix and match option is great for drink customization, so the possibilities are endless. In addition to the drinks there is also a case full of cakes, chocolate, and macaroons, as well as other sweet treat options. We came in before a small rush, and noticed everyone was treated with the utmost respect, and any questions regarding the menu were handled professionally. We ordered 2 Dubai chocolate strawberry cups that were really good, however, it took 38 mins for our order. Since there was just one worker he got backed up on orders quickly when we first arrived. Two workers would’ve handled the flow better in my opinion (one making orders and one taking orders then hopping on to help) Once the crowd cleared and we ordered it took over half an hour to get our food. I feel really bad for the guy working he was taking his time, but we didn’t expect it to take that much time. I was so excited to try Boba Heaven today. I entered the cafe after a long day, hoping to enjoy a slice of a cake and a refreshing drink. After setting my stuff down and looking at the menu, I asked to use the bathroom before I ordered. The women showed me where the bathroom was, but not once mentioned there was no toilet paper or towels. I used the bathroom then realized there was no toilet paper. I called the cafe from the bathroom for help and she answered and said there is no toilet paper. Not even offered to bring me any napkins or offer any suggestions.
