Used to buy from him all the time. The last and final time I purchased an amp from him decided not to go that route and wanted to return it. I didn’t even take it out of the box. When I walked into the store I told him my plans and that I was doing something different. I had my receipt. Purchased it the day before. I gave it to him. He opened the box and checked he serial numbers on the amp to make sure they matched up with the serial numbers on the box and they were different. He told me to bring back the correct amp and he would return it for me. I nearly pulled him over the counter. After arguing with him for several minutes he ended up returning the amp because I have already bought from him numerous times. He also charged me restocking fee. Guy is a joke. Is it a good spot to get on the cheap? Yes. Does he do honest business? No! Check your merchandise people before buying from him. I needed to get a new entertainment system for my 18 year old son‘s Toyota Corolla. I first went to Best Buy and they wanted $850 for the new entertainment system and installation. Next,my son took the car to a Toyota dealership and they wanted $160 to look at it and they said it would probably be $2000 to $3000 to replace it. I told him to get out of there quick. Then I Google maps some independent car, audio installation places. I landed at Umart in Bolingbrook. As soon as I talk to Ki , who runs the place I knew I was in good hands. He asked me a couple questions about what kind of phone my son has, which is an iPhone then he matched of a perfect entertainment system for my son that works with the iPhone. 500 bucks for installation and entertainment system along with an adapter for the back up camera.
