Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

We ordered from this location several weeks ago and had a problem with our order. The food was a disaster, but the customer service in store was top notch. When emailed to complete a survey about my experience, I did so and took the opportunity to express my problems with the food we had received. I wad contacted early the next morning by Mary who was absolutely lovely. She took the time to reach out and offer a free pizza to try and make the situation right. She was pleasant, prompt and professional. Tonight we ordered from this location again to redeem our free pizza. When I called, I spoke to Jonathan. He was very nice and understanding about the situation. He asked me specifically how I would like this pizza prepared so it would be to my liking. When I arrived, Jonathan greeted me and asked how my night was going. I told him I had a order for pick up and gave him my name. We then proceeded to have me open the box and make sure everything was perfect, and it was. Jonathan is absolutely phenomenal and I was so pleased with my experience this evening. I would order again just for his wonderful customer service. The pizza was good this...

Came to this location to get pizza since the other papa John's was gross and ordered, 20 minutes out of my way due to pine ridge location being gross. I seen a lady and gentleman cleaning. When I entered I immediately got greeted and the Lady approached me saying " welcome to papa John's, do you have a order to pick up or are we placing a order today" I was baffled this was completely the opposite atmosphere then the other location..... I ordered my food and waited in the lobby, I watched the lady go to the oven and wash her hand at a hidden sink and then start prepping my food.... it was great service and it was done in like 10 minutes...... while I waited I looked around and even looked to the back area and this location was really clean and organized..... I like that they brought me my order when it was done and told me to have a great night and drive safe..... I felt like they actually cared.... 5...

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. While I love Papa John's Pizza, this location has terrible service. After more than an hour went by, my coworker called to find out the status of our order that was supposed to take 30-45 minutes to deliver. We learned that the order was sent via Door Dash and our order was on the way. A half an hour and still no pizza later, I called them back. We verified that the information was correct and this time they would deliver it and not use Door Dash. Another hour went by and still no pizza. Come to find out they used Door Dash again despite saying that he wouldn't. The manager was unapologetic and was upset with me being upset. The time was 2:30 and we should have had our pizza by 12:30. He didn't seem to care and offered nothing in the way of compensation or even an apology. We will NEVER order from this...
