Wait times at this location are asinine and they consistently have product outages but don't mark them in their system.
I am typically patient with other fast food workers as I am in the industry myself. But consistently waiting over 20-30 minutes for 1-2 items is crazy to me.
Also I've had two separate encounters with one of the managers that displayed really poor customer service. First time my drink was made incorrectly and I was told that I ORDERED my drink wrong. I pulled my phone out to show her that I in fact ordered my drink correctly (I order it every day via my mobile app and haven't changed my order in like 5 years so????) she remade the drink and gave me an apology that felt insincere. Her lack of care and regard for the mistake and telling me that I ORDERED my drink wrong was off putting but I tried to let it go.
Then later that week or the following week I go back and wait from 1:37pm to 2:13pm waiting for my drink and croissant. After waiting all of that time and being IGNORED I go to the front counter and that's when I'm told they have no croissants and would provide a refund.
This place is just horribly mismanaged and I have mixed experiences coming here.
Idk why make times are so crazy high when you consistently see 4-6 workers behind the bar. Their mornings get crazy but why is it taking over 20 mins for orders either way?

I was not mad, in the slightest. I was politely explaining that I did not ask for inclusions (fruit bits, etc.) inside the drink. I asked for a iced peach green tea with dragon mangofruit base. As a starbucks employee, you know base means no inclusions and this is the first time having this issue.
My issue here is not the mistake but how the woman went about it (the one who took the order). Extremely rude person.
Instead of simply saying, "Oh, okay; sorry for the misunderstanding. I'll remake that." She rudely keeps insisting that I asked for inclusions. There is no reason to get snippy with me. I have ordered this many many times so I know exactly how to order this drink. I only explained how I actually asked for the drink which I said slow too. I just don't understand the reason for the uncalled for attitude. She should rethink her job dealing in customer service.
I don't want to be talked to like that though. This one is closer to my job, but there is another much nicer Starbucks further down the street, where they're much nicer and don't get nasty to you if they make a...

Making a one star to maybe ask what the protocol is for online order with inability to pick up coffee due to store circumstances?
Today, when I circled the lot for 5 minutes, and couldnât get in line for the drive thru because it was literally wrapped around making it impossible without going all the way back to 41 and coming back. So I couldnât pick my coffee up after I ordered it. I am not sure how this works at other businesses but when you donât pick up your items they donât charge you. Wondering where the button is to cancel order when you have these types of issues?
