A&W — Restaurant in Bonney Lake

I came through the drive through at 12:45 on a Friday. There was one car ahead of me that pulled away as I pulled up to the window. No one else behind me, & only 2 cars parked in front of the building. The person who took the order was not even remotely friendly. The girl at the window had really rude facial expressions. You know, like when someone says have a nice day but the look on their face says anything but that. Not sure why because I was nice to them. They asked me to pull up to wait for our food. All we ordered was a kids meal burger and one other burger with no meal. When we got our food nothing was particularly hot and my sons French fries seemed old. So I'm really not sure what we waited for. On top of all of that we asked for a water as the drink for the kids meal. The meal was 4.19 already but then they upcharged $.60 for water. Wth? Is water somehow more expensive than pop, milk, or juice? No wonder every other place in town was packed with lines in their drive thru's...

The food is fine, just like any other KFC. I took away 2 stars for the rude girl who brought my food to my car when I had to wait for it to be made. When I told her I got Pepsi instead of Root Beer, I got the death stare and was told to wait for it. She finally came back saying that the guy at the order window said I had changed my order at the window, which was not true. She gave me my drink, whipped around and never listened to a word I said. She was the rudest, most unpleasant person! How's that for customer service?! They probably don't care that I won't be...

Mia was awesome ! Excellent customer service . However I went to same location about a year ago and my to go order was wrong , called and spoke to Manager Charles . He took my name and said I could come in and get replaced for free. 3 days later I went in and spoke to him he denied ever having the conversation and said he would send certificates or vouchers in the mail that he would have never said what HE HAD SAID ! he took my address and I never received anything !
