I had issues with my gaming PC and this business helped me fix it. I bought a gaming PC from this shop and it had an issue with crashing/restarting while I was playing games. The owners worked with me through the entire process of trying to figure out what the issue was. I went in several times to test different things at no additional charge + they provided me with speakers, mouse, and keyboard. There were a couple of times I spent two hours testing my PC in the back and the atmosphere was always encouraging and positive.
