I used to love this place but have chose to save $ and make own at home for couple years unless my husband buys them on weekends and he goes to Starbucks after bad experience at the BL location which I was unaware of. The wait was forever for only two cars ahead of me. And I went last weekend too due to my son was taking driver test at 911 and I was not impressed with the coffee not extra sweet like I asked for So I gave benefits of the doubt chalking up to maybe she just didn't hear me correctly move on. BUT two weeks in a row and coffee is horrible service terrible too. I ordered 2 Carmel machiotos, a iced white chocolate extra sweet and a child hot chocolate. For 26.00 I had 40.00 cash. First turn off was their "cash" policy no change so strike 1 so I accepted the change in a gift card figuring the crap coffee last time was just an honest mistake and I like BF java so no worries. Well second same barista as last week made coffee again this week should of been 2nd red flag but again give her chance we all make mistakes, however when I saw the car on other side return while she was making mine and her manager or someone else asked her if she checked something in her machine like she was advised to do and her response was NO because the other party came back due to coffee was bitter!??? đ€ź I should of at that moment said forget it give me money back and I'll be on way. But nope I get the coffees mine sux again no extra sweet after repeating several times to her this time, and when I got home and my 9 year old tells me his hot chocolate tastes funny like rotten milk or something and my husband says well my stomach gurgle too I decided thats it loaded all drinkS back up went back waited another 10 min to have the girl with glasses reddish brown hair and thicker proceed to tell me she can't take the drinks back inside and thats the only response I received no can we do something to make it right offer refund or credit ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT REPEATING CANNOT TAKE THE DRINKS BACK INTO THE BUILDING!! Are you flipping kidding me? This is customer service today huh? So for $40 free tip because I gave the "credit" my flipping change for the 40.00 cash I got to begin with back to them as well. I'm that disgusted by the experience that $40 earned them this review. Have a wonderful day. Might want to take that $40 and invest it into customer satisfaction...
   Read moreIf I could have chosen zero stars I would have! Waited in line for over 15 minutes with only 1 vehicle in front of me & 1 vehicle at the other window on the opposite side. After having waited for what seemed like a long time I looked at the clock & by the time I reached the window 15 additional minutes had passed. When I go through a drive-through coffee stand I do not expect with only 1 car ahead of me that its going to take 15/20 minutes just to get a beverage. At this point there is now a car behind me as well, & I do not feel comfortable to safely get out of line & leave. Now in her defense the vehicle in front of me received 6 beverages & looked as if they were a blended drink. The problem I had was the full-blown conversation that had transpired after receiving drinks & having handed a clipboard back with the cc slip, at that point I expect the vehicle to move on & for it to be my turn, but no they continue to have a full-blown conversation about her shoes & something else i didnt fully hear for almost 5 minutes at this point Im upset & started to rev my engine as that was the alternative to honking my horn. As I pulled up to the window I attempted to nicely explain my frustration to the barista she apologized & explained to me that the person was trying to tell her this important story and that they also needed to exchange phone numbers and so on. I work in the customer service industry & have been a bartender for over 25 yrs, not the same job but essentially same concept and when you have people waiting to be served, you learn how to politely prioritize & end a conversation to be able to serve everyone in a timely manner. I don't know about everyone else but I typically go through a drive-thru versus inside of a coffee shop because I'm on my way to some other destination and I'm trying to just make a quick stop. Needless to say after she defended her lack of concern for other people's time I did not give them my business and left without anything to drink and stopped at a different stand a couple blocks away and had a drink in less than 3 minutes.    Read moreI showed up and sat there for close to ten minutes I honked and everything. there was no sign on the window (well the one I was at apparently) another lady had showed up and sat there for a bit idk if she just didnât see the sign on her window or like me was going to try to wait it out. She ends up leaving I sit there for a couple more minutes and have to leave. It was around 308am and I left around 317am give or take a minute. I leave and call and it rings a lot and someone finally answered and I said what happened and she told me she was in the restroom which I get but she had a bit of an attitude and told me she wasnât gone for ten minutes and that there was a sign but not one for the other window. I wouldâve been fine with the explanation but she had a bit of attitude and was argumentative about how long I sat there. I suggest one if you are solo you make a sign for both windows, two donât get snippy with customers! I am a team lead for digital shopping and if I talked to my customers who called to ask what was going on like that I wouldâve been in trouble. Idk if I will be back to that location usually I have amazing experience there but when itâs 3am and Iâm on my way to work and just want a coffee or energy drink and you are the only company open and I get that response when Iâm just trying to figure out what is...
