This is how you know Bonney Lake population is growing out of control. There's no way anybody would go here more than one time to check it out. And this place still exists. $20 for a double cheeseburger, medium fry and medium drink and fry sauce.
I'm sorry, but this place is not something I would ever spend money on again. The burger itself taste wise was cheesy and pretty decent. Size wise, like everything else too small for the price. The fry for how much you pay you would think you get a decent size amount of fries, and you would be wrong. But not bad tasting. Hard to screw up for fries. Middle of the road if you'd like fat fries. The drink is basically a medium size Pepsi products. Again for the prices they charge you think you get 32 ounce. I literally feel like it's the most overpriced food I've ever purchased. Completely disappointed when going into the bag. It's fast food portions, and fast food taste, but more than five guys prices. And yes, the staff could not speak English as others pointed out. at least they didn't seem interested in doing it. I don't care about the people and back, but the person taking your order should be able to speak the damn language and be attentive. They forgot my fry sauce so I had to get out of my truck after noticing my disappointing food and then go in and ask for fry sauce. Even that took longer than it should. Was basically ignored for a solid three minutes at the very front of the counter with nobody in line. And several people saw me.
I only tried the burger. They had a bunch of other stuff. Maybe they for salads after tax either. I can only go by what I got in the service I received received.
Horrible service, below average food, and above average prices. I'll never go again. Frankly I can't believe they're...
Read moreDropping my rating on Habit Burger. This place has been in steady decline and our visit last week is the last straw. They were not busy (one couple waiting on their order ahead of us and three cars in the drive-thru). After just standing at the register for 10 minutes, somebody came and took our order and then after another 20 minutes, we finally had our food. Four of us ordered a combo meal (burger, fries and a soda) and it came out to just under $16 PER PERSON. What does $63 get you at Habit Burger? Four lukewarm, sloppy burgers and cold fries. A picture of one the burgers is attached; all four were like this.
So no more Habit for us. We all know where to buy poorly served, mediocre burgers elsewhere at a fraction of the price.
-- ORIGNAL REVIEW -- (I'd give 3.5 stars if I could.) Good food and if you catch them off rush hour, the waits are reasonable. Other than one incident when an employee wouldn't take my order inside because I was paying with a card ("We have kiosk!") the staff is polite and accommodating. My family will be back.
Pro tip 1: The food is NOT served hot. Especially the fries, but also the burgers and steak sandwiches. We now throw our orders in the microwave to heat them up, and I live less than 5 minutes away. (This started about a month after they opened.) Pro tip 2: I don't order anything with bacon after lunchtime. Twice in a row the bacon tasted so bad we pulled it off our (dinner time) burgers. The next visit, at about 5:30pm, I asked if the bacon was fresh tonight and was told "No, we cook up our bacon in the mornings." So, yeah, that...
Read moreFood was excellent. Service was very lacking. Only option is to order from a kiosk. When ordering from I kiosk I would assume everything should be there since it is all typed out and on the receipt, this was not the case. Gal put a couple orders on the counter and then mumbled something. I got a text that said our food was ready. I grabbed what I assumed was my tray. Took it back to the table and there were no drinks on it. I went back to the counter and asked for our drink cups. Got a funny look then she grabbed the couple of cups. Then my son noticed he didn't get his item from his kids meal. I again went back to the counter and asked for the kids meal item, again the gal just stared at me and gave me a funny look. Then I said "does he get something for the kids meal?" She finally reached back and grabbed the little gummy hamburger. Also not a fan of being asked for a tip when I pay. If a place wants tips for the cooks or the person putting food on the counter, place a jar on the counter. I don't know how good the service is going to be when I am paying, and if the service is good I'd be willing to tip after. However the food isn't delivered to the tables and the service was very poor so not sure what the tip...
