Such an awful experience solely due to the staff member (bigger lady with dark complexion), which is really unfortunate. We’ve always enjoyed taking our kids here, even have had a birthday party previously. But this time was just so terrible that we will never return or support this business. I booked a party several weeks prior to our event, including paying a deposit, with this particular staff member. She explained the details of what was included…though NEVER informed us about additional fees for extra kids, not even how many kids they allowed before they would start charging, didn’t say the cost of each additional pizza, and didn’t say the kids weren’t allowed to play during pizza time. The day before the event, I called to order extra pizza…to learn the woman never actually scheduled my event, despite the deposit I had made. Luckily they were still able to schedule it, but they never took accountability for THEIR mistake and just said “sorry about the confusion” (Ummmm there’s no confusion, YOUR staff member didn’t schedule our party). During the event, the same woman was so rude to our attendees including the kids. She then ended up charging us about $100 OVER than what she initially quoted. When my husband expressed his disappointment, the woman LAUGHED at him and said “sorry you feel that way”. This woman should find another job that isn’t in the customer service field or anything that has to do with children. So because of her, we will never return to this business. The kids loved playing here. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because I rented the party room from 2 to 4pm and one they make the kids leave the play area 45 minutes to 4 to eat even if they don't want to and secondly we were done with food, cake and presents by 330 and they were not going to let the kids go back out and play again. Luckily the girls were nice enough and aloud the kids to go out and play and I made sure we were out of their gates before 4. The soda we had recieved had tasted old and flat and low and behold it expired in Jan of 2019 and had a Christmas label on it. They did give us a new 2liter to replace the other one. The pizza was great. It came from round table. The stamping idea for a birthday party isn't the greatest considering some parents dropped their kids off and another parent picked them up meaning they had no number. Secondly we were left with a kid to drive home and she didn't match our stamp number. My thought on this is to have all party members with the same number and the person in charge of the party be the one to release the kids to their parents. To much responsibility placed on the door girls when stamps don't match and parents are different from the drop off parent. Overall decent sized room/space for a small group of 20 people. Gosh we use to love this place. The last two times have just killed it. Last time the staff member was in the playground rolling around with the kids and acting as their care giver. I was clearly watching her every move. It felt super inappropriate. She was all up in my kids and someone else’s kids face and it felt ick. We left after that went on for about 30 minutes. The second bad experience was a lady came in hacking up a lung and her poor kid had the worst flemy cough you can imagine. Couldn’t hardly breathe between coughs. Not covering her mouth at all ( she was like 4 so that’s to be expected) her nose is was running all down her face. I approached the staff and asked if they typically allow super sick individuals to come in to play? She just shrugged her shoulders and said “yep” and here we are a week later and my entire household is sick. Sadly we won’t be going back there. This place needs to get their staffing and rules figured out....
