Good pizza, decent service but tonight I took a bite of my breadsticks and when I bit down it was super crunchy....odd but I felt like it was just the hard end of the breadstick. Went to chew more and just might have chipped a tooth! I then plucked out 2 black pieces that were definitely not char from it being burnt, it was two little black pebbles of some sort!!! Put it in a water bottle to see if it sank since most rock or metal will sink and sure enough it did! Definitely not a food item. Went to call but it was 8:05p and they were closed. Wanted to post this now because I won't be able to call them until tomorrow afternoon. Otherwise pizza is usually hot, they are quick to deliver and have amazing ranch! Sorry Frankie's but I need to know what the heck I had in my mouth that very well could have broken my tooth. Have a dentist appointment next Monday so...

Our mother was in the hospital and a large community of freinds of ours in the North Tapps area knew we didn't have time to make dinner. So they ordered some pizzas for our large family. We stopped at Frankies to pick up the pizza and were told that the pizzas were never made because "the ticket didn't print." I was told "it happens all the time and the owner is aware of the problem". We didn't have time to wait for pizzas to be made so I asked them to refund my kind friends. When I called the manager the next day and asked if they had taken measures to avoid a similar incident happening again, the manager said "No. These things just happen. It's a pizza place." An establishments employees are a reflection of the owner. In 24 hours, Frankies of Bonney Lake just lost the support of the North...

This is the first time I've eaten at Frankie's Pizza and I have to admit that it was very delicious and fulfilling. I especially like the toppings. The only suggestion I would make would be to bring down the price a little, cuz it is a little pricey for one large pizza. When I came to pick up my pizza the gentleman that helped me was very friendly and super cool. Before I left he asked me if I would like some free hot peppers and parmesan for my pizza before I had the opportunity to ask him, which caught me off gaurd at first, but it was very refreshing to receive such good customer service. I just wish I would have gotten his name so I could give him the credit on here he deserves. All in all this was a great experience and I would recommend checking this place out. Thank you...
