Burger King — Restaurant in Bonney Lake

If you've ever needed a visual representation of what it's like to fail at getting even an average THREE stars on Google (despite riding a nationally recognizable brand name beneath you), the photos I attached could literally be used as textbook examples.

Apparently, on the hottest day of the year, in a town that is sadly notorious for not having enough decent takeout options, this is what they think is appropriate to do 25 minutes before closing. She was taking panoramic shots of the long drive thru line while vaping, taking her break less than 30 minutes before closing. Instead of helping to move the queue. No need to I guess, because 5 minutes after taking unsolicited photos of people while smoking less than 25 feet from an entrance, she decided to put a cone up behind the person at the speaker and told the rest of us that they close at 11pm so to "go somewhere else". Let me reiterate: She closed the drive thru lane 18 minutes early, after taking a 10 minute smoke break less than an hour before closing, telling us they couldn't get to all of us by 11 when they closed, so "go somewhere else". Mind you, she wasn't gonna say a word until a few people began to ask her what the cone was for. She was just going to not say a word and leave everyone sitting there... Lol This location has always been garbage and never gets their orders right, but at 10:30pm on a weeknight after it's been 100+ degrees outside, the least she could've done was spared the long line of customers an explanation before sharing our photos to whomever she was chatting...

March 18th 2019, 2:45pm Burger King Bonney Lake Washington, the man behind the counter was rude to my husband, my husband had to say excuse me twice ask for condiments, the man didn't give eye contact & threw the condiments on his tray and went back to his paperwork. 2 minutes later I came back because I needed a fork and knife I stood there for a couple of minutes while the man was texting on his phone I'm assuming to do his paperwork because he was looking at his paperwork. (I didn't want to bother him in the middle of his number crunching) I eventually asked who the manager was and he said well I'm the manager right now, and I said really?, he answered "yes, what do you need?" I said "well your customer service is less than desirable" he said "I didn't see you." I told him I had been standing there a couple of minutes & customers come first. He replied with "no this comes first. Now what do you need? I again told him fork & knife & said well I'd like your name. He said "you're not getting my name." So I got my knife and fork & I tried to take a picture of him so I can show his boss, since he didn't give me his name & he got irate and said he was going to call the police if I didn't put my camera downb but by that time I had my phone in my pocket. When he threatens to call me the police again and dials but...

Half of the time when I use the drive through my order is wrong. Today they asked me to wait out front for a burger that never came. I ended up spending 35 minutes at that Burger King, my whole lunch just waiting and nobody seemed to know where my food was. I get busy days happen, but its all the time, even when I am the only customer. This is the worst restaurant in all of Bonney Lake by far and its astonishing this has happened multiple times to me, I rarely ever eat here.

Edit: Eaten here a few times since I made this review, my orders are still constantly wrong. Ordered a ghost pepper whopper with no jalapeños and they gave me bun, burger, bacon, and NOTHING else. It's incredibly frustrating when your meals are more expensive than any surrounding fast food joints yet the lowest quality and ALWAYS WRONG. Their menu items arent accurately priced and the conbos aren't even worth it. A small chicken fry combo jumps the price from 5 39 to over 10$, for a combo? Incredibly dishonest and nobody working there knows anything about their product or their prices. Avoid completely. I keep going back hoping they fix it, but this place is awful in every way. Embarrassing, but not unexpected for Burger Kings...
