Subway — Restaurant in Bonney Lake

Went in after a long day at work with my boyfriend was asked what kind of bread we wanted and then was told that they only had one kind because they had to save everything else for an order for the morning. Okay no big deal. Then the 2 girls Brittany and Sophia are bickering back and forth to each other in front of customers. They seemed to have been out of a lot of things and it was still about 2 hours to close. Then it was our turn to pay and Sophia said that the other girl would have to ring us up, grabbed the tip jar, took half and disappeared. Mind you there was maybe 4 other ppl behind us in line. The lady behind us was ordering maybe 6 or so 6inch subs so was taking a while and then Brittany noticed that we were still waiting and rung us up and Sophia just walked out. I assume it was the end of her shift. Didn't even ask to help her thru the rush or anything and I could tell Brittany was upset. Horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Arrived at this subway at 8:15pm door states 9:00pm will be closing. Walked in and there was 1 other customer in there. Hailey (the employee working) let me know that if we were wanting to order there are a couple of things she can’t do. No fountain drinks, no sandwiches toasted, lobby closed, no cookies, can’t order specific sandwiches. I can understand some of those items. I asked if she could toast my sandwich and she said it was too close to closing time and she couldn’t because she shut the toaster off. I was a little confused on if this is policy or not. Gentleman ahead of me went to sit down and she said lobby is closed because she is closing soon (45 minutes till closing) He explained it wouldn’t take too long for him to eat his sandwich and she said it was policy. Horrible Subway I ever been. The girl with glasses had lot of attitude and don't want to do her job. I order a foot long sandwich and on checkout I asked I she have veggie Patti... she got really Mad on why I want to buy more sandwiches and sad You need to tell before.... I told her it's separate order. She got so mad that she don't want to make sandwich. Other newly hire girl then make sandwich for me. The other customers all saw this drama and they did not like how a customer was treated... Girls/Owner you definitely loose business there as I had to buy drink and chips as well but I didn't buy due to this girls attitude. Owners.. give girl some customer service training.... business that don't care customers close...
