Most unprofessional behavior. One of the girls who worked there tried to instigate a fight with a customer who decided not to continue waiting after being cut off in line. A customer choosing to leave before ordering or any communication and for the barista to go out of her way to yell negative comments and than try to call them back was very hostile and threatening. Trying to start a fight while you are at work with a line full of customers is childish and counter productive to keeping business especially from those who choose to support local small businesses. Chasing after 1 at the expense of many. And more importantly choosing violence and aggression when there is no reason for it. Will be filing a complaint...

I would like to give a zero star if possible. They barista was rude and unprofessional. This was my first time here and I apparently did not know the rules of the line. there were 2 lines and went to the shortest one. Apparently we are all to wait in the longest line and then go around once a spot opens. The barista didnt even say hello and was rude when she said FYI thats not how the line works. She then said what do you want. No other pleasantries were exchanged while they then continue talking with other customers in the line holding it up. As a first impression of this place it was horrible and I will never go back and will recomend the same...

Barista with black hair so aggressive I asked for cup of ice and she started yelling because she doesn’t hear she gives me small cup didn’t even ask which size I want or do I need straw or a lid I said I want 24oz and she was like that all what I have she said she doesn’t have any more ice like what? It’s a coffee shop with cold drinks never wanna come back to that coffee shop...
