This locations manager is horrible. The entire time I was there for take out from7:00pm-7:55pm was a nightmare. There were customers in line who didn’t speak English and it was making the manager very upset. He yelled to every employee if any of the spoke Spanish because in his word, “ no hablo español.” Very rudely the. Looked at the customers and laughed when finally the customers stated you never asked if I spoke English the. He stated no that’s what I asked you and you ignored me which was not correct he never asked, he just assumed because he heard them speaking kn Spanish.” He then proceeded to walk away and another lady helped them. As he walked away this really mad him mad he started just stating things. Like oh she’s going to get what is coming to her. If you don’t be a good customer your going to get something else in your food , then laughed at me and said you get what I mean ? I’m like uh sure. Then he proceeded to handle all my food while not washing his hands or putting gloves on . Then he finally put gloves on he wiped his head along with touching the res goatee then proceeding to handle my good. Another women was doing cashier when she stopped ran to the cones and filled the cone and have two to another customer . Again not washing her hands or wearing gloves AFTER TOUCHING MONEY. The manager then proceeded to cuse in the air for the Mexican customer to hear him talking about her then started yelling at the employees degrading them .they looked scared* however worst experience and I want...

Terrible experience ordered delivery for Father’s Day. They forgot a third of the food that we had ordered when we called we were helped by an employee on the receipt named Hatem Who actually ended up hanging up the phone up on my husband who was being nothing but polite and extremely patient considering the guy asked him the same question 15 times and then just eventually hung up on him. We actually called the DoorDash driver who was super cool and went back there and got another sandwich and brought it to us but yeah, the food was not good and the customer service was terrible absolutely terrible…. also, are delivery driver gave us a tip that the people walking in and out of the bathrooms with their aprons were not washing their hands and as I read on the reviews, I could see that that was a very common trend so if you ever eat here and you get sick, I would contact the health department. This is also literally the first time I have ever bothered to leave a review for a restaurant, because I’m not a big complainer, but people really really should avoid overspending at this place. Whoever owns this restaurant should really hire some people who actually care about doing a good job because they are going to run their business...

Charlie's is inside Walmart at the grocery entrance. They opened in July 2022. I decided to try the regular Philly cheese steak sandwich, which ended up being almost $11 with tax. It comes with mayonnaise, mushrooms, lettuce, provolone, grilled onions, green peppers with tomatoes and 2 pickles on the side. I skipped the peppers and wish I had skipped the lettuce too. The preparer forgot my mushrooms, very disappointing. The pickles were delicious, the tomatoes faded, too much lettuce which thankfully fell out and just enough mayonnaise. The beef I'm on the fence about. I got a little flavor when I found some of the bark but otherwise it was pretty bland. And on the other hand I got plenty of cheese and onion. I may try the old fashioned Philly cheese sandwich next time but I'm just not a fan of cheese whiz.
