Panda Express — Restaurant in Bonney Lake

Evening staff is rude, to start. Very rushed service. A huge line of people blocking half the entree choices, but demanded we pick all our entrees immediately. I asked if fresh entrees were being made, as there was very little out, and was assured it would be a short wait. Was then VERY disappointed to watch the server scrape the leavings out of the bottom of an old pan into my box, close it up, and move on. They then scooped only about 3 pieces of orange chicken into my husband's box, closed it up, and moved on. When asked if there would be more orange chicken added to the box, we were ignored. Next person in line got 2 generous scoops of the same item.. shouldn't all portions be equal? While our maybe 1/4 full boxes were sitting off to the side getting cold, they asked me to pay in advance of seeing the remainder of my order packed up. Then seemed bewildered when I refused to pay until my order was completed, just like every other person does at Panda. Completely turned off, disgusted, lost my appetite. Will...

The photo was taken September of 2011 when Panda Bonneylake just opened. 2012, I got hired as a lead counter help and became a cook. I worked for panda express until 2016. It's been 10 years since I discovered panda and until now it's one of my go-to comfort food. I can make pretty much any panda dish from home! Their food is very very flavorful that I cannot give it up. My fave thing about panda is that, they use real meat and fresh veggies daily, healthier than McDonald's or any other fast food chain I know. Also this workplace is a "first-job" for a lot of people, this place can be their trial and error where they gain experience, make mistakes and develop customer service skills. So you have to be patient to the young employees and be kind all the time. I highly recommended to anyone to request a fresh batch! They will wok it real quick for you and it's the best when it's sizzling hot....

Placed an online order and went to go pick it up. After tell them our name, lady at the register said they were still working on it and it would be just a couple minutes and they'd let me know when its ready. While waiting we noticed they would postpone our order and make others even though our order had already been placed. After around 20 minutes of waiting I walked up to the counter to ask for an update, while I walked up one of the workers pointed at some boxed orders on the counter and told the person at the register it was ours. It was sitting there for about 10 minutes without telling us, they then bagged the order and we went home.
