Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Bonney Lake

Jack in the box is literally known for being open late, light LATE LATE. We'll, apparently someone forgot to inform the employee working, because they almost threw a fit that I had the gall to ask for the chicken strips. Said they were out of it. Okay....so I tried to order a number 10, but grilled, because that wouldn't need the chicken strips. Apparently this is too much, and beyond here they just devolved into some sort of weird fast food drone. Suddenly they need to ask if they're even able to make it, Yada Yada. OK, fair enough, they broke down the fryer and it's probably off and it'll take like 5 to 10 minutes just to heat back up. OK, so I give up, ask for a number 1 (because who would be out of burger Patty's when it's their main dish) and she's just exasperated that I dare ask for food....from a food place. Late at night, yes, but I mean aren't they known for being open late? Did this employee not get the memo that that's jack in the boxes whole shebang? Anyways, avoid. Just go somewhere else. The employees don't want to be there, (I mean I work fast food too, so...I dunno, do any of us wanna be there? Not really right?) And because of that, the entire experience just sucks for everyone involved. Maybe if enough people stop going they'll either a: find employees who do want to be there, or b: improve the situation for those that are already there, so they actually do the job without hating any and all...

I almost never give a negative rating. Ever. You can looks through my reviews and see that. On multiple occasions I have gone here at night, only ONE time my food has been correct. Last night I went for myself, it took a half hour for 6 cars to move through the line. I timed it. Tonight I went for my roommate on my way home and only 4 cars ahead, I waited 20 min to order a munchie meal to be told they didn't have the set up. You can't make the sandwich, fries, and tacos and put them in a bag? Ok. We ordered a double jack meal and got to the window to have the girl argue and say it was a #4. No it wasn't but we took the food prepared because we didn't want to wait any longer. Another half hour wait tonight for us to be told our order wasn't correct. Again. This is the only fast food place open in the middle of the night in this area. I have worked fast food. I have patience. This is the worst location I have ever been to. By the looks of the reviews this week, I am not the only one who has experienced the poor service of...

Stuck in the waiting room at the ER across the street for 5 hours, came across the street, hit the drive thru at midnight to get something and run back to waiting. Lights were on, signs were lit up, yet there was nobody there. Had to run down to Wendy's for food. Sat in my car eating and watching no less that 25 other cars attempt to order at the lit up drive thru.

Good thing the advertise open until 3am. Left a comment at the corporate support line, yet the store never contacted me after corporate said the would. It's been over 3 weeks now. Worst customer service, do not recommend this location for any service or food item.

Jack in the box requested I contact them about this issue. Did this for the third time over a week ago. And once again corporate sent me the after contact questionnaire to see how I liked their solution, which is apparently to do NOTHING. No contact from reps, no contact from anyone. This company has NO customer service and no accountability.thanks...
