Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Boone

I ordered crazy bread with extra Parmesan and there wasn’t any extra added, so I went back in to let the lady know that there wasn’t any added and asked if I need to pay for another order with extra Parmesan or if they could add some to this batch. The lady said she would go ask them and when she went to the back, two of them were loudly talking about it stating that they added extra Parmesan and if I wanted extra Parmesan I could add it myself. The other lady was like “you won’t go tell her that yourself” and she was laughing saying yes she would. She then came to the front with a container of Parmesan saying that she did add extra Parmesan and said here is a container where you can add it yourself. I was extremely shocked at how unprofessional the two ladies in the back were over asking to get what I ordered since your charged extra for extra Parmesan. Not only was the team members in the back rude, the breadsticks were completely flat and half cooked. I will not be back. Grabbed a classic cheese pizza and some crazy bread with sauce for my brothers last night. The people at the counter were very sweet and did their job accordingly absolutely no issues. I have never seen a pizza with a bottom so holey and thin. My husband who used to work in a pizza place said either the dough was bad and fermenting when they used it or they just really didn't know how to make a pizza. Every single time I've come here its just a bad experience overall. I love little ceasars but this location is awful and I highly advise anyone to go elsewhere. The pizzas are undercooked to get them out the door as fast as possible and my order is wrong over half the time. The quality assurance here is non-existent. I called today to complain about receiving the wrong pizza and all I got was "sorry, we're just busy today", no offer to bring in the old one and remake it, neither will they refund you. You better hope your order is right when you leave...
