I've never had an major issue with orders. For I go face to face for my orders. But was with another who tried talking over an order with the woman who does the orders, on the phone. I don't know if it's the phone or something else. But on a few occasions a friend has ordered. They have abrubtly hung up or got the order wrong Where it was sent back till done right. But surprised by this. For you gain a reputation and lose business with this. Times are tough enough. Hope this registers in a constructive manner. For they are in a convenient place. Hopefully All it requires is either a better phone line or phone. Small price to pay for not...

I ordered the appetizer wings, vegetable lo mein, fried dumplings.$20 I asked for extra duck sauce, hot sauce, hot mustard and chopsticks and it was so delicious and hot and they even gave me extra everything!!! Just please give them a nice little extra tip !! they would be very much appreciate it because they work so hard.Omg food it the spot. Open all the time. Love this local place. Nice and close to home in and out fast once they know you I think they even will smile! Lol...
