Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bossier City

I didn't like the sarcastic guy manger and his unprofessional attitude,he spoke from a far never came up to the counter to speak with me after being informed by the cashier at the front counter that he was requested,he walked back towards the back as he was talking never saying sir at at,and the time was between 5pm,and 6,I apporached the counter asking for the free taco on 6-13-18 which I was only asking why aren't we as customers allowed 2tacos since the away team won 2home games..the announcement stated WHENEVER a away team still a home game u get a taco..so it was 2wins but 1taco seem very much like false advertising on taco Bell part... Nationwide...now if I'm wrong then I'll apologize 2the corporate..but I watch and seen the commercial through out the playoffs...yes the manager was saying maybe next year u can get 2tacos..if u have the power 2review and hear the conversation u'll will see up front who y'all have representing your business...not a good look..I was all nice and smiling calm cool and collected,but..I didn't expect that kind of response from your manager at all,even the woman n drive thru thought...

The dollar menu is pretty good and when you don't have much money you can always go to places with these dollar menus and Taco Bell has pretty big burritos and such things you can easily fill up on $3. But if you take a couple people with you and everyone orders are regular meal and you're going to spend a little bit more money than probably what you wanted to but you'll still fill up and overall their food is pretty good. I just recently drove by Taco Bueno and I used to love to go there when I lived in Dallas, so I have a feeling and they're going to have a little bit of competition on the tacos considering it at Taco Bueno has excellent tacos and the fact that they have meals with rice and beans and they have queso I have a feeling a lot of Taco Bell customers are going to start frequenting...

I didn’t have the best experience , me and my wife visited the the restaurant at 10:00pm . we ordered three double stack nacho tacos , and two spicy potato soft tacos . Each taco was cold , the potatoes on the soft tacos were cold the tortilla shells weren’t warm when each steamer supposed to warm each side of the tortilla for five seconds . The beef on the nacho tacos were cold , the customer service were poor they didn’t greet us , not one employee had a face mask covering their face neither hair nets .. The tacos was completely trash everything was trash , and we’ll never be spending our hard earned money there again in our lives. And to make this post, I’m forced to leave one star.
