Firehouse Subs River Oaks — Restaurant in Bossier City

I REALLY GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS because the customer service is disgusting and I WILL NOT BE SPENDING ANOTHER DIME HERE As soon as I walked in I noticed the atmosphere is off and not welcoming, but I was hungry and unbothered at the time and continued in. Once I get to the register the girl takes my order and as she is taking my order there was a old white guy behind her, I think he may have been a manger because he had on a different uniform but anyways he was just staring at me very rudely and hateful as if he had this pent up anger towards me, which makes no sense because I never seen the guy in my life. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe but i ignored it and avoided eye contact as much as I could because i didn’t want to cause a scene about it so finished telling the cashier my order. After waiting for my sub they finally called my name and as I get home and check my sub they completely forgot about 4 ingredients I asked the cashier to put on my sub. I knew it was the man who made the sub’s fault because I made sure the cashier rung everything up right, as soon as she handed me the receipt , but I felt like it was intentionally done by the guy because he handed me the sub with a sly smirk , but I definitely WILL NOT be spending any more coins at this horribly staffed business and I wouldn’t even recommend the...

Have the hours of operation changed at this location?? The website & door sign both say 10:30am-9:00pm. However, I called 4 times starting at 8:25pm to place a to-go order & got a recording after several rings. Then I drove up & pulled on the locked door at 8:42pm. The young black female told me thru the door they were closed. I pointed to the sign saying 9pm & she said "no, we are closed" while running her hand across her neck then she turned & walked away. I understand wanting to leave your job early but 30mins is a bit much. I really wasn't bothered by it until I got in my car & saw one of the young white males waving his hands in the air at me...kinda like "nah nah nah hey hey goodbye"...all employees thought that was pretty funny! Lol I then went to Newk's across the street, who also closes @ 9pm & they were more than happy to help me. I shared my experience w/ the Newk's employees...they said they'd get fired if they did that! I would from my job too!! My step brother asked a friend of mine who worked at fire house if he would turn in his application. My friend turned in the application, and we’ll doing so all of the employees said “nope don’t hire him” to their manager (mind you my step brother has Williams syndrome, he struggles with social norms, and my step brother goes to school with a few of the kids that work there)I feel it is unprofessional, that the manager George didn’t even give my step brother’s application a second glance. I watched the whole thing, it is sad that I had to listen to these employees laugh and joke about how my step brother wouldn’t get the job. I’m Extremely disappointed with this location. And I can say with confidence, the reason my step brother didn’t get his application even looked at, was because some kids who don’t understand Williamson syndrome, don’t want to work with him. just to add to the how unprofessional this place is. The manager George is perfectly happy to cover up his employees setting the toasters on fire. I do not recommend this firehouse...
