I'd almost rather not review this new location because it might get so busy we can't get in, but Bossier has needed something like this for so long. Bistro feel, quiet intimate, knowledgeable staff, superb creative food, great wine selection, over the top balsamic vinegar and oil pairing. They also sell oil and vinegar retail too.
We heard how wonderful it was from daughters and husbands but mmmm-mmm! We had the chicken flatbread to start and it was amazing. It's called barbecue chicken flatbread but I can't figure out why it's called barbeque - so Mediterranean and amazing flavors. Then we had an order of stuffed pickled peppers stuffed with goat cheese, and salami, goodness in the mouth! And we had the bread with vinegar and oil. Had to be the best bread we dipped in oil and vinegar since the days of Olive Street Bistro. (Telling my age)
