Mattress Firm Bossier — Hotel in Bossier City

The sales man was very rude and would not honor the price 2 weeks ago. I bought a bed but when it arrived all they had me do was sign saying they delivered it. They never went over the paperwork saying it was a plush bed. There was nothing on the bed stating which mattress it was. It was a 2100.00 Queen size bed. The first thing my friend said was this is the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on. I told him the same thing when it was delivered. I had the bed for 4 days. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t just me who thought it felt like a rock. The girl helping in the store remember me and knew for medical reasons I needed a very soft bed. Within those four days I had a open bed sore. The previous salesman had written down the brand of the bed and the price. Green (previous salesman) said he would honor the price until I get what I need. At the time the bed was on sale for the price of the next smallest size. In this instance, a Queen for a twin. The bed I originally bought was not on sale but I didn’t think I could afford anymore. The salesman refused to honor the price from 2 weeks ago. It took time for delivery and for me to sleep on it. The new salesman said, “the bed I purchased has been on sale for 3 weeks. I took pictures of each bed and price but he didn’t care. I have bought every bed I’ve ever owned from Mattress Firm. He refused to look up my name and only pulled it from my cell number which just showed the bed I just purchased. I have had several home phone numbers and cell numbers but he wouldn’t look them up. It seems very strange because when they pulled it up by my name it shows every bed purchased. So much for guaranteeing the price. It was about 250.00 less. Then they change you a new 90.00 delivery fee plus a 10% restocking fee for laying on it from Thursday night to Saturday night. I have never come across a rude person at Mattress Firm which is why I keep going back to them. I could have bought the bed from another store with free delivery but figured I would go back with the place I never had a problem with! They just lost a very good Tempur-Pedicure customer over there own low price guarantee.

After speaking with Green, the store manager, he resolved all the problems and honored the price he had given me the week before my interaction with the other salesman. I absolutely hate writing these kind of reviews but I feel like I must at this point. Initially I bought a twin extra long mattress and an encasement the first week of august . The salesman was nice, the delivery guys were even better. The mattress however was a regular length mattress (39x75). We call and notify the store, they quickly offer an exchange for the size we bought. They come to deliver the new mattress and we take it out of the plastic to find that it was the exact size as the mattress I have. I help them tape it up with my own packing tape and decline that delivery. They try again a week later and try to deliver the EXACT SAME mattress they did before. How do I know? It has my exact packing tape on it and the exact same delivery guys who admit to it being the same one. Then, 2-3 weeks later, they try again, and AGAIN, THE WRONG SIZE. I am using the sizes listed on their website. 39x80 is Twin XL, 29x75 is regular twin. Even the mattress encasement I bought for this mattress from mattress firm swallows it in length and so do the sheets I bought for them. This mattress is suppose to be the same length as our queen bed but is 5 inches too short. I had been calm up until today. One of the delivery guys was saying it was the stores fault. Then he tries to tell me this was just the way this brand came, then when I showed him the Mattress firm website, he again goes to blame the store. Then when I called the store they blamed the warehouse. I can't just have him take the original mattress back, my son has to have a bed to sleep on. I am greatly disgusted by this whole mess. I have been waiting to see if they could rectify this and I will modify my review to some extent if they can manage to get this sorted out.

EDIT: I have been working with Mattress Firm directly and just cut out the store. They reached out after contacting them via facebook and leaving a review.
