Been to different locations of this establishment; almost always had a great experience. Disappointed to say this is not somewhere I'd look forward to returning any time soon. Walked in one weeknight around 6/6:30pm. There were people but not too packed. Our request to sit a bit further away from others was adequately fulfilled. The waitress came to introduce herself, and things went downhill from there. My dining partner asked about a dish she actually got from the same place a few months ago, and I remember seeing similarly on the menu way back when. But instead of saying "I'm not sure, but maybe we no longer offer it", the waitress left us with a drab "Never heard of it" comment as if to put an end to our inquiry. Ok so maybe you are new? And possibly inexperienced in customer service? Food and drinks were ordered. Waitress returned a bit later and ASKED if we needed anything, while our water glasses were near empty. So we told her, and she brought more water. Management really needs to work on training their staff. Appetizer - Asian calamari ~$15 - was prepared nicely, though the only "Asian" thing about it is the Thai sweet and sour dipping sauce. Not bad for a dish, just slightly gimmicky. My main was the $30 steak with chimichurri. I've had it once or twice prior to the pandemic (at another location), and back then it was wayyyy good, my mouth still waters thinking about it. Another friend had warned me against it recently, saying it wasn't the same anymore, especially the sauce wasn't chimichurri at all. I believed her, but I really needed to see for myself, so I ordered it anyway. Friend was right, this plate was nothing like what I had. Whatever meager amount of sauce there was, definitely did not resemble anything chimichurri. Zero herb taste, zero yum. The steak, while cooked to my desired doneness, used to be a full strip of tips or hanger, now I get a handful of sliced beef. I used to have to pack about at least half the fries left, this time I finished the entire thing (including the fries, which was quite salty) while feeling like I had room for dessert -- except I no longer wanted to order more from here. Here's the kicker: my dining partner's House burger -- menu says comes with the usual fixings like lettuce, tomato, what not. Waitress brought her burger as if it came out of McDonald's assembly line (ie. flat and insubstantial), then asked (or did my friend have to flag her down to ask? ) if she wanted the fixings. Friend wondered whether those should be included; waitress said no but could bring them if she wanted. Um, ... huh?? We had to consult the online menu mid-meal to make sure we weren't seeing things -- they WERE included. The whole exchange is so weird. Is the restaurant instructing their staff to handle things this way to avoid waste and/or unneeded expenses? That's fine too, you know, I'm all for preventing waste. But shouldn't this be asked while the order was placed, not something to "argue over" post-delivery? Imagine this was a takeout order, we'd paid $18 for bun and patty without knowing what we did wrong. In all, quite disappointed for the meal and dining experience. A total meh, 2.5-star kind of deal, and definitely have had better, even within the 110 Grill group.

I called at 5pm for a 6pm pickup thinking they may be busy and I wanted to make sure the food would be ready by the time I arrived because I didn't have time to wait for it. The girl who answered paused when I mentioned it for 6pm and I said I was going to get the butternut squash ravioli (since it was highlighted on the 110 Grill IG). She said they weren't busy and to call back closer to the time I needed the food. When I was 15 minutes away I called again. I asked to order the butternut squash ravioli. She tells me they sold out. Now I am disappointed because if they weren't busy and if I asked for it 45 minutes ago, why couldn't the order just be placed. I called back a 3rd time because I needed to change my order, changed it to gnocchi bolognese ($24.50). I picked it up and asked the guy at the host stand about it being sold it. He proceeded to tell me they don't have it, then said they weren't given the items to make it. I take my food and leave because I was in a rush. About 1.5 hours later I was looking at the receipt and realized I was charged an extra $3 so I call the restaurant. Probably the girl who answered the first 2 times picked up. I asked "are the prices online accurate" and she replied "yeaaaa", like why ask a stupid question. I told her what I ordered and the price online ($24.50) but the total when I paid, before tip was $27.45. I asked why I was charged $3 extra and she was like maybe tax and I said "$3 in taxes, that doesn't seem right". She responded, "you don't need to speak to me like a child". I said maybe 2 sentences during our conversation so far and literally asked her a question in a normal tone. She put someone else on the phone and he told me there was around a $1.50 packing fee and then taxes which is why it was $3 more. If I was in person, she would have gotten an attitude right back. Also, where on the website does it state you will be charged a packing fee? Between false advertisement, poor customer service and adding on fees the customer is unaware of, this really has ruined my opinion of this restaurant. Also, for $24.50+, this was probably the smallest pasta dish I ever got.

This place was highly recommended and I am so happy we listened. We are from out of town and the warm welcome we received from Shanice the head chef was beyond amazing. She sat our group down went over the menu, favorite dishes and recommend a few drinks also. She made our night checking in on us periodically and made sure our party was taken care of. What a beautiful soul she is. You can tell she has the passion of not only creating great dishes but loves that her customers are pleased. I also saw her going to other tables and checking in on other groups on a busy Friday. Please give her a raise she is a Gem staple in that community from what I witnessed. When I get back to Boston I will definitely visit again and take my clients here. We had shrimp scampi and thw lemon gnocchi. Also a huge kudos to that amazing bartender Dennis he personally brought us our drinks we ordered. Service like this overall is hard to come by in big cities. Great work everyone!

Very nice chill atmosphere with a beautiful bar. Decent variety of menu choices from sandwiches and flatbreads to steak and fish. I really like the creative cocktail menu, and tried the rosemary gin fizz which was the perfect drink for me (herbally and not sweet). Started with the kale brussel salad which was delicious with a great balance of flavors and textures. The "Cure" burger was cooked to a perfect medium rare and very flavorful as well. This paired well with the sweet potato fries. The short rib flatbread and risotto were okay. The meat was dry in some parts, mostly due to the cut being leaner. I did like the flavor and consistency of the risotto though. Finished the meal with the maple bacon bread pudding plus ice cream on the specials menu. That was super yummy!

This is an awesome restaurant to visit. Our first visit was exceptional. The wait staff were very friendly, and made sure everything was perfect at our table. The ribeye steak was grilled to perfection. My partner's fish and chips plate was huge. This is a casual atmosphere restaurant. We'll definitely visit the 110 Grill again soon! 👍
