Marshalls — Attraction in Boston

Poorly Run Store. No sense of urgency. Was in the store on Saturday evening. When I walked in noticed the line was about 15 people deep and 3 cashiers on and 6 registers. 3 registers sitting dormant. Not a deal, thought things would be resolved by the time I was ready to check out as I noticed 2 managers on duty including Zanda. Surely they would make changes quickly and get the line resolved? I did my shopping in about 1/2 hour and went to check out. The line was still horribly long. I decided to wait. Line moved like molasses took 30 minutes to get to the front of the line. I was almost up at 9pm and 2 guests in front of me and then 1 of the 3 cashiers left with the line still 10-15 deep! I looked over and the manager was out on the floor stocking shelves and 3 other employees were just drifting about the store doing next to nothing. I got upset, walked out of line and addressed the manager. Asked what and why? Dont you see this line? Tried to explain to her business 101. Ringing guests out and getting money in the registers is the reason for the store? Could you get more employees on registers? That didn't seem to sink in. I started and run 3 successful small businesses and customer service is crucial! It would be unconscionable for me to treat guests so poorly. I would be out of business! However Zanda was pretty clueless about this concept since it is not her money, she gets paid salary no matter what. Got upset with me because I was angry. I just abondoned my $200 worth of goods and walked out. Went over to Target that knows exactly how to get customers out. NEVER A WAIT.! I was watching as others were doing the same and notice another review above, same issue! Anyone from corporate reading here??? Zanda Just continued to shuffle things on the shelf with no action. Geesh, Certainly that can be done...

Never Judge A Book By its Cover I read a lot of bad reviews on Yelp and let me tell you something I was shocked how marshalls treated me today 03/20/2023. I went to marshalls on 03/19/2023 was in a hurry and they was closing so I went to the register and paid for my stuff as I get home and about to go to sleep I look around for my cell phone and could not find so I decided to track my phone and saw that my phone was in marshals there was not much I can do just wait till 9.30am on the following day as I wake up the next day I decided to go early to see if I could see any employee go in to see if they could help me and that's what happened I saw a employee told her can she please help me I left my phone in the store and to see if she could speak to somebody she said she will and got the store manager not sure if I'm writing her name correct but I think is Marci or Marcia she was the best knowing I got there 30min before store opens she still decided to take the time and help me at 9am in the morning with no problem she was super nice she really didn't have to help me so early but she did and mind you it was so cold this morning and windy and she help me I usually don't write reviews good or bad but I had to this was the best store manager that goes beyond her work to help other because to be honest she could of told me that I have to wait till they open and she didn't other stores out there need to take notes on this store manager remember y'all have jobs due to costumers because with no costumers you have no job, treat your costumer like this store manager did and best believe business will never fail. The associate said she was Somalian works at fitting room short women wears hijab don't know her name. I AM APPAULED MARSHALLS WOULD ALLOW A WOMEN LIKE HER TO WORK THERE VERY RACIST UNEDUCATED ANNOYING SELF HARMING INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS NO RIGHT TO HARRASS CUSTOMERS AND NO RIGHT TO WORK THERE SHE ASKED MY SICK DAUGHTER WHO WAS WAITING FOR ME AT THE FITTING ROOM WHERE ARE YOU FROM ?? FIRSTLY WHY IS AN EMPLOYEE RANDOMLY JUST ASKING PEOPLE WHERE THERE FROM?? MY DAIGHTER PROUDLY SAID MY PARENTS ARE FROM ISRAEL THIS WOMEN GOES ON TELLING MY 16!!!!!! YEAR OLD DAUGHTER THAT THERE IS NO ISRAEL AND WERE FROM "MUSLIM LAND" AND WILL BE DEAD SOON SHE RANNED TO ME AND TOLD ME I DIDNT BELIVE HER I CONFRONTED THE WOMEN SHE LAUGHED AND SAID SO WHAT THIS THE TRUTH BLA BLAH I ASKED HER TO KEEP HER POLITICAL OR ISLAMIC VIEWS TO HERSELF AND LEAVE US ALONE SHE STARTED TO FOLLOW US AROUND THE STORE CRAZY WOMEN I AM PRESSING CHARGES AND DONT WANT THAT RADICAL THERE THIS IS ABSURD...
