My 1st time ordering from here and I am a local who lives which only like 5 mins from here. I have yet to even try them still since I never got my delivery order and I hope they don't charge me for a $25.00 order I never actually received even though it shows the payment is still pending hopefully they cancel or the very least refund or credit us me and my family since we never actually received any of our order that included just a medium pepperoni pizza and 2 liter pepsi for me and my kids yesterday which my kids were pumped for! and yet it never showed. me and my family even stood outside with me for about a half an hour even with the insane weather that happen to start right after they called to say they had said they arrived but there was no sighting of a car. Never showed. Never even left it on the mailbox or the porch like they could and others have and do hen I finally reached someone they told me it's going to cost an additional $5.00 to re deliver even though there was no sighting of the first original delivery in the first place.

p.s.course the phone call was clear when taking my order and card info plus to tell me it's another 5 dollars for redelivery.

Today they say oh well even after I was out there after their 1st call from the delivery man for half an hour but no one at all that whole time. And I was unable to even sign that transation for the receipt since I never received anything so how can the process my credit card purchase I did receive or sign off on even though it shows them processing in my banking even without a signature.

Since I was unable to sign off on the receipt for credit transation obviously plus how does a medium pepperoni ordered for delivery over the phone and a 2 liter come to $25.00 anyways I didn't use a delivery app I just called the actual pizza shop with my card so no other parties were even involved just them

all they had to say today was too bad pretty much about and denied everything. They couldn't even tell me where was the guy that called the 1st time yet we were out there and they say kept calling so why not bring it to the door then...? now no solution and sad kids who looked forward to it which I can't afford Another take out...

RUDE. Was hoping to try the pizza I once liked when under former management but ended up leaving without placing an order. First, there were four people behind the counter: two males were cutting and boxing pizzas, an older woman was standing near the oven on her cell (didn’t utter one word while on the phone) and I was facing the younger woman across the counter, about 2 feet away. She was on the phone taking an order, I think. I stood facing her for several minutes without any non-verbal acknowledgement from her of my presence. Since she was occupied and never looked at me I reached over and grabbed a couple of menus and pointed out a few items to my friend. When I turned back, the girl was giving a pick up order to another patron. After concluding the transaction she walked away, took a pizza out of the oven and boxed it. I started to get upset until I saw the boy who was working with the older man (he stepped away) walk toward the counter. Perhaps he and the girl were switching places, I thought. Nope! When he got to the counter the girl told him to pick up the phone. I left.

It was obvious from the bland looks on their faces none of them wanted to be there, the older woman who never got off the phone, the girl or the boy (probably had to work during Feb. school break). I also realized after the girl finished her phone conversation and completed a takeout order she did not wash her hands. She immediately had contact with food. The boy who switched places with her did not wash his hands after handling food. D-I-S-G-U-S-T-I-N-G! to say the least. I not only saved money...

Within the past couple of years Antonio’s grew to become one of my favorite spots. After today, I will no longer give my service. I was a loyal customer as I ordered from there almost 3 times a week. Today, I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. I spent $30 for dinner and unfortunately it was a waste of my time and money. The food was delivered extra late and COLD. When I called, I was not offered a new order or a refund. I was told that the delivery driver was supposed to deliver the food a long time ago as the store is located only 5 minutes from my house. At first I thought something would have been done but once again I was disappointed. Who wants cold chicken, a sub and most importantly cold fries?! When I called they told me that I would get a call back. I called again later and asked to speak to a manager but I was told that I will be called shortly. Then I was told he will call at 9:45 pm and when I did not hear back I called again and was told 11 pm ...after closing. The cashier hung up on me after I showed frustration of how long I would have to wait for a call and how late. I thought about going in and insisting for my money back but instead I think I will just consider this a loss. This will be the last time they get my money....

It’s always a treat eating at Antonio’s Pizzeria! My daughter and I love coming here. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They’re super patient with their customers, especially with hungry children who may be a bit undecided about what to order. Our go-to items are the ham & cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks, the steak & cheese sub and their BBQ chicken pizza. Their serving sizes tend to be on the generous size. My daughter loves that her ham & cheese pizza comes with big chucks of ham. The cheese on the mozzarella sticks always comes out gooey and the crust with the right amount of crunchiness. Their pizzas always taste delicious and never too greasy. As to the dining room, the same has been remodeled over the years with new comfy seating options that can accommodate a large family. It is so nice to see a local family owned and operated business go above and beyond to keep their customer base happy. Thus far, they’ve done a good job maintaining their facilities and, more importantly, keeping them clean. Great food options, attentive & friendly staff and fair menu prices keep us coming back regularly.

I am completely disappointed in my order tonight. I ordered a small pizza (good), side of fries( good) and 2 large steak and cheeses.... My steaks were more of flatbread sandwich. I always order from here but after tonight Im done. I spent $36 dollars and couldnt even enjoy my sandwich. Im pregnant and really was craving my steak but its more bread than meat. I also called them back 2x and no response to what the cooks said on the first call and the second one was on hold for over 20 mins. I just called back and its going straight to voicemail (which is full)... I need a response. I have pictures in my phone but my phone wont let me post a review. I will be there in the morning to show this sub to the owner or whoever. Again im pregnant and going to bed hungry cause i refuse to eat something thats not worth what i paid for! Its more lettuce and tomatoes than anything.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a salad from here, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—not even my worst enemy. The chicken was completely unseasoned, and the lettuce clearly hadn’t been washed. I had to throw the chicken away and ended up only eating the croutons. I tried reaching out to the restaurant to address the issue, but they acted like there was nothing wrong with the food. That’s not how you run a business. If a customer gives you feedback, especially about something as serious as food quality, you should take it seriously—not brush it off. There was no apology, no solution, just denial. I won’t be ordering again, and honestly, I don’t trust anything else on the menu now either. Do better. If someone tells you your food tastes like garbage, maybe take that as a wake-up call and try to improve instead of ignoring the problem.
