The customer service here is the worst I've seen yet. I called them to order two subs. While on the phone the man is just being plain rude, and asks me what I want in an impatient tone. I tell him, but then change my mind with an item due to the fact they didn't have what I wanted. I ask my friend what they want istead, not even 10 seconds passed and the man goes "you know what, call me when you're ready" and hangs up on me. My stupid self calls again and orders the food again. At this point the man on the phone is extra rude. But I just deal with it and go along with my order .
It was late, and though it was my mistake (THIS TIME), I realized I only had 15 dollars in bills, and the rest of the remaining 7$ in quarters . It's really not a lot of money in change and easily countable. When they arrived I apologetically explained, but showed him the money. He said he had to call the man on the phone to see if change (still money) is okay, and as he does, he tells me he will be right back, just to realize he drove away with my food. They didn't even have the balls to professionally come to me and say "sorry but we can't accept that payment". They just left without a word, AND gave me bad customer service beforehand. This is the type of place one should never buy at, as it's clear they don't run this business based on good service but rather an easy money grab, I guess 7 dollars in change is a sinful challenge they just can't handle and frown upon. It's kinda funny cause these things don't happen to me a lot or most people, any other time I pride myself in being a loyal customer. But it's okay I know there's other businesses who'll gladly take my money, wether in small loose change or not. Just another place I will NEVER give...
Read moreWhat can I say, other than Cappys, I'm sorry.
My friend, misses and I decided to stop at Cappys prior to leaving Boston. It was late, almost midnight, and when all other Establishments shut their doors, Cappys was there to welcome us with open, cheesey arms.
Even as we arrived however, finding this refuge from hunger in the night did I both protest and proclaim: "aw man...its got like 3 something stars..." I tried to "warn" them, "why don't we get a nice round of filet o fishes for the gang" i said. Cappys, i was wrong.
The staff was accommodating and considerate. They asked me probing questions regarding topings and toasted-options.
Even when I continued to loudly proclaim the phrase "Eye a cappy yo kneecaps" - not so much as an unsupportive glace.
Thats why I'm awarding Cappys delicatessen and pizzeria 5 stars....
Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had trying to order food. First I called and place my order and thought everything would be fine. I was told it would take 45 minutes to deliver.. after an hour and 15 minutes had passed I called again. the driver told me he had gone to the wrong address. So I called The Establishment and told them I was displeased but was still looking to get my pizza. They said all would be fine and after 20 minutes I received a phone call telling me that they do not deliver here. Even though I am local to them. My kids were waiting all night to eat pizza and at this point it was too late to order from anywhere else. My children were forced to eat ramen noodles and go to bed hungry. This is the most terrible experience I've ever had with a local establishment and would suggest no one to...
