Now this was extremely awesome yesterday singing at this place after an invite from karaoke DJ Luke who not only is karaoke host over this new place he invited me to yesterday but also does the Hong Kong bar and grill in Boston which I've been a frequent singer there for years but this place Castle Island yesterday was extremely awesome! They've got an extremely huge karaoke room in the back and if you're a karaoke singer like myself and you're reading this come and check this place out every two Thursdays you will not regret it the atmosphere is awesome the people were enthusiastic and energetic and there was great singing yesterday and I also met another awesome female singer who is another karaoke DJ her name is Alicia and she was fantastic to sing with and I was flattered that she wanted to sing with me and we got up and did quite a few songs and my friend Kevin Harrison was there too so I'm grateful he could come I wish my friend Anthony was there he would have enjoyed it as well and my other singing friend Tony from the white bull in faneuil Hall another great place to sing so get ready to go to koi Monday and hook up with my friend Dana again who I said sounds like the living version of Lou Rawls Dana's got an awesome voice personality and spirit and I've invited my friend Jay and his wife and others to come to that I hope to see them all there and want to enjoy singing until up to the point of surgery this Thursday God bless you all and be safe from Boston! 😀🙏😊🇺🇦🇱🇷 I'm going to be hitting up this place again pretty soon they have a new DJ for karaoke and I want to see who it is and I've also invited other...

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding reception than Castle Island Brewery in South Boston! We live near by and knew it was the perfect place for our August wedding. The brewery’s spacious, airy atmosphere made it feel both relaxed and elevated for our big day. We utilized the indoor and outdoor space for our guests to enjoy. Kevin (event manager) was incredibly communicative and clearly had expertise in carrying out wedding visions. It was catered by the associated company "Off the Vine" and our guests raved about the food. We opted for reception style meals so had a mashed potato bar, pasta bar, carvery station and stationary appetizers. We loved the late night pizza addition and specialized dessert. My favorite part was that we did not have assigned seating but there was still plenty of space for our guests to enjoy their food. This encouraged more mingling, and eventually encouraged an incredible/lively dance floor.

The staff at Castle Island Brewery went above and beyond, and are people our guests still talk about even 6 months later. They paid close attention to ensure we (bride and groom) were taken care off, as well as the older guests. I really cannot say enough about how kind, accommodating, caring and genuinely excited/supportive the entire staff was.

If you’re looking for a city wedding venue that offers something a little different, with amazing beer and a fantastic team to back it up, we can’t recommend Castle Island...

Good food, truly tasty if you’re looking for something like that. They messed up our order and brought food for everyone at different times which is UNDERSTANDABLE but the staff handled everything just fine. The hostess Abby was very helpful and had a great energy. One of the staff members though, Meredith, had a weird attitude and awful customer service. Her energy seemed fake nice and started talking down on our crew for not having an ID ??? We truly just wanted to eat pizza as she repeated herself multiple times that WE DONT HAVE AN ID AND CANNOT DRINK as if we didn’t speak the same language. Unhinged energy… The pizza took an insane amount of time to come out but again, there must’ve been some mis happenings in the kitchen. Sports restaurant vibe if you’re into that sort of vibe. It’s a fun place to hang out with friends and grab a drink...
