IV League — Local services in Boston

So I went here last Sunday and I thought they were fine despite a few concerns. First, when I called to make the appointment they were very quick to make my appointment without asking about any patient background information (which I guess is probably because they’re trying to treat as many people as possible). There also wasn’t any bedside manners, literally no one asked me why I came in or how I was feeling. Normally I’d just knock off a star or two for this but now I’m starting to realize there were more concerns. They also don’t keep any change if you were to pay cash so I was forced to tip— when such high of a tip was not even deserved. The worst part is she definitely pricked me either too deep or too many times which I didn’t realize till later because it’s been over 8 days and I still have severe bruising. The three pictures in this review show the progression of the bruising. I’ve received IV before and bruising is NOT supposed to last this long. It’s clear that the nurses that are employed there are not experienced, nor do they care much about the quality of the services that they provide. Who knows how long I’ll be stuck with this hideous black bruise running...

I landed from an international flight and called . The person who picked the phone bump and said arrive nlt 2 pm I Uber from Westin and arrived Exacrly at 1:46 pm . I explained I really needed iv and he wouldn’t serve me well before 2 pm .

This is not how to do business as I was prepared to spend the maximum amount . He stated he had to meet his husband and it was well before 2 pm / Closing

. Needless to say I will inform 15,000 Pilots and 25 ,000 flight attendants thru our network / blog never to use Your company while on layovers or living in Boston.

Not the way to do business especially when the patient really needed...

I love IV League Hydration and am so happy to have them in the neighborhood!! Courtney is so wonderful and I completely trust her with my skin care and IV needs. She is a true professional, has a great eye, and knows what she is doing! I’ve gone to other places and wasn’t happy and Courtney exceeded my expectations!
