THIS IS HONESTLY THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER GO. Please spare yourself the time and money & spend it elsewhere.

Friday August 1st after the Red Sox game, my purse was stolen from Cheeky Monkey and is still missing. Yes, they have camera footage but coincidentally the managers “can’t see the footage clearly”. My purse was recovered UPSTAIRS on the OTHER SIDE of the building with my wallet STILL MISSING. This place has the footage AND AGAIN STILL CLAIMS that they CANNOT see who STOLE my purse. I wouldn’t be surprised if management is involved in this scheme.

My personal belongings are not the first thing to go missing here and DEFINITELY will not be the last based on how they are handling this situation. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I am truly disgusted by these employees for their unwillingness to help with a crime committed in their establishment.

My Kate Spade nude wallet is still missing. With a now old car key attached. Yes, I paid to have my car REKEYED. My ID. Cards that are all frozen and deactivated. $5 cash (what a score). House key which I had my house rekeyed. My navy blue baseball hat that I got to wear ONCE. A visitor pass from the hospital the day my uncle passed away FIVE YEARS AGO that also came with me everywhere. Stolen. Gone. To top it off; Cheeky Monkey has the footage. They have the answers but are claiming they don’t have them.

Please take your family and friends somewhere safe. Cheeky Monkey is not safe. They do not care about you or your belongings or wellbeing. It’s all about money and it disgusts me. I wouldn’t wish this situation on anyone and I can only hope that justice is served and this thief is brought to light. Until then he is definitely still lurking and waiting for his next bag. Please don’t be the next victim. This place will not help you one bit.

Food was enjoyable, service was offensively terrible. My party of three did not have 1 consistent server all night despite arriving at 6pm before the dinner rush. I'm sure the Sox fans who arrived after us did however. It took us twenty minutes to get an order with an impatient server. We asked for water more than once and never got it until going to the bar in person an hour or so after making the initial requests. The corn appetizer was delicious fortunately and the beer was pretty good. The pumpkin draft was especially nice with the rim of cinnamon sugar. But when my friends ordered two more there was no rim lol. Go figure. After we put in our food orders another 20 min later (a group who came in after us already received their food) the impatient server told us she was leaving and whether she could close our bill at that time. How do you say no to that? We tipped appropriately. Still haven't gotten any water. When the food comes I ask the new server for napkins and water. I assume napkins come with fresh cutlery but apparently not. Thankfully we all ordered finger food anyway. He brings napkins and says we have to ask our (nonexistent) server for water lmao. Okay. We enjoy our food despite the service. My friend asks the bar for iced water finally when I start feeling dehydrated from drinking alcohol. The espresso martini could use some sweetener by the way. A new server brings us ice water promptly and asks us if we need anything else very pleasantly. The bill is already closed so why bother reopening it. Towards the end of our meal yet another random server checks in. It's redundant and kind of disrespectful lol. Or should I say cheeky and not cute. Food was decent. Service AWFUL. We sat on the patio, server forgot about us. To start, we asked for a table outside and was told all the tables were dirty sk it would be a 5 minute wait, no problem at all. We got sat at the outside table and waited almost 15 minutes and no one came to greet us or get water. Someone in my party had to go inside and ask the hostess, who was laughing with the server and the front of house, if someone was going to be serving us and apologized. The server followed me out to the table. I would understand if they were overly busy but they were standing around and talking/laughing. We had for ask for utensils and napkins 3 times, once from the food runner, once from our server, and then once when I went in to find the server to ask for utensils. We also only got one of two drinks we ordered. After waiting for over 20 minutes for utensils after we had gotten our food, I ended up going in and waiting at the hostess booth to ask for utensils. Waited there for 5 minutes, no one was there. I ended up finding our server dropping off drinks at another table, when he left the other table I asked him about our second beer and the utensils, he had my beer in his hand and gave it to me, I took it back to my table myself, and then we waited another 15 minutes to get utensils and napkins.
