This is the closest Dunkin to my house & I used to like it but truthfully the manager, Maria, has poor customer service skills so I will have to go to another one going forward. About a month ago I ordered 2 donuts (of different varieties) on the app for my son & after LEAVING the parking lot had to turn around because they gave me 2 of the same donuts! This made me late but the kicker is that Maria actually pulled one of the donuts out of the bag & threw it in the trash right in front of me! What ever happened to "keep it for your trouble?" Rude! Today was the last straw though, I ordered a LARGE iced beverage with oatmilk & had to remind her of the oatmilk a second time to ensure she charged me correctly..I was using a free beverage reward & paid the 53 cents for the oatmilk. She walks over with a medium beverage & I say "I ordered a large" She replied with "I only charged you for a medium." I said "I used a free beverage reward & I ALWAYS GET A LARGE!" I really do only get large iced drinks from there because for less than 30 cents more it ensures you don't get a cup of ice. She remade the beverage with an attitude & didn't even apologize for her mistake..tried to make me feel like I ordered wrong when I order the SAME thing always & half the time I order it with her. Most employees are friendly & efficient, but the older Indian gentleman is not, nor is the chunky manager, Maria. She has a very poor attitude toward customers and employees alike. I've witness her on several occasions talk condescending to employees within earshot of customers, and as someone with a background in management, that is frowned upon. Corporate should take action. I ordered from my app, which I always do, went in to pick up my order and asked for cheese to be added to my croissant. I was told I could not use my app to pay, which I have done at numerous D&Ds around the country. The manager Tried to over charge me for a slice of cheese and then forgot my cream cheese for my bagel.
