Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

I go here every day and service usually good, standard Dubnkin experience. But there is a woman that works the cashier Jolo or Jola or something that goes out of her way to be rude. I get it, sometimes ppl are having a bad day day, but it’s 100% of the time. Why is she working at front cashier?

Today I ordered a bagel, she grabbed it and starts walking toward me so I asked her to warm it up —pretty standard? She literally rolled her eyes and audibly sighed.

I’m not a guy that jumps on these sites and just complains, but I’m so tired of dealing with her...my wife won’t even go in if she’s there. Please talk to her, I don’t even need her to be nice, just apathetic is fine. Just try not to start my day in such a negative way.

Very nice and clean place compared to other DD locations, I always try to go to this location rather than the one near my place on west broadway, however the lady at the register is definitely not a good fit for the position. She's very rude and impolite and old! Her voice is so annoying and on top of that she always tries to argue. What annoyed me the most is that she "orders" you to grab your drink in order to scan it. She's like "yeah!!! You go grab your coke!!!"... What a rude woman plus she's not a native speaker and most of the time she doesn't understand when someone talks to her. I urge the managers to REMOVE her from that position where she's so terrible at...

IDK what happened, ordered XL & S coffee, didn't receive receipt. next night order drive thru from local DD, Clerk says I have no $$ on card. Knew I didn't have much, but knew there was still balance. No Luck. Went to app, checked transaction history, i was charged balance remaining on card at Old Colony DD of $7.55. Little high for my order. I'm very thankful I didn't have MORE $$$ on card. Imagine what I would have been charged! Very dis-appointed. It was 1 hour from closing time, (I know getting out of work is great), still shouldn't have happened.
