Lilly’s Gourmet is a favorite local spot for my family. As parents, my husband and I come here regularly for lunch dates when we want to treat ourselves to a hearty, fresh, and delicious meal of homemade pasta. I have committed myself to try a different dish each visit and so far, every pasta dish has been delicious (the lobster ravioli, rigatoni with papas meat sauce, the chicken and shrimp Cajun Alfredo, etc). My husband orders his regular create your own: rigatoni with mamas tomato sauce—simple and made to perfection according to him. Lilly’s gourmet is conveniently located by the Orange line so every week (sometimes twice!) we pick up fresh pasta to go to “make” at home. Our favorites are the fusilli and the rigatoni. The homemade pasta here is soooo good, rivaled only by the friendly service. We love sitting at one of the windows watching people go about their day. Across the restaurant is a big playground and a public libeary so family and student friendly as well! We hope Lilly’s Gourmet stays here as it is a neighborhood gem!

If you’ve never been to Lilly’s Gourmet Pasta you’re kidding yourself! I have been coming here for over 10 years since I was in high school. This is hands down not only the best fresh pasta, but also the most consistent establishment. I’ve been taking new friends to Lilly’s for years & they fall in love as well. Matt the owner, is such an amazingly hardworking man. Matt has been behind the counter building relationships with every guest since the day I walked into Lilly’s. Today I stopped by to get my usual Cajun Shrimp & Broccoli Alfredo but instead Matt convinced me to try something new. He created a Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Cajun Shrimp Alfredo dish topped with Spinach & Sun Dried Tomatoes. OUTSTANDING!!! The combination of everything paired so well. I am very impressed with this dish and it is easily a new favorite. Make sure you try it or create your own pasta if you think you can top this :) Thank you Matt & Lilly’s crew for being the best!

I have been ordering from Lily’s for a while now but after this incident I will never order from them again. After I placed my order online, I got a call from the restaurant. I thought it was about my food but the person on the other line asked me why I didn’t leave a tip on the order and if I was going to leave one. He even wrote it on my order receipt when it was delivered. I ALWAYS tip cash when I order delivery so that it goes straight to the delivery person. My food wasn’t cooked right and I suspect it was because I said I didn’t tip in the app. I understand times are hard but it is completely unacceptable for a restaurant to be calling and harassing their customers like this.

My friends and I came in after a visit to the Isabella Stewart Gardner and the vibes were perfect. There was a couple who had clearly been to the restaurant multiple times and said to us “the pasta here is better than the north end” so of course I started to get excited for pasta. Two of us ordered carbonara, one got squash ravioli, and the last got pasta with tomato sauce. Everything was awesome and the man who took our order was so sweet and gave us two baskets of the best garlic bread ever complimentary because it was our first time! We will definitely be going again next month when we go to the MFA. So happy we stumbled across this super cute restaurant!

Hey Beantown foodies! Listen up, because I've got the inside scoop on the ultimate pasta joint in Boston just for us. Picture this: any pasta you fancy, with a kick of spice that'll make your taste buds dance. The Cajun Chicken and shrimp? Mind-blowing stuff, I'm telling you. Creamy sauce, Cajun spice – it's a flavor explosion. And don't even get me started on their lobster ravioli, hands down the best in Beantown. Trust me, this spot beats out any other pasta place, even the famous joints up in the North End. Dive into flavor town and thank me later! Top recommendation: 1. I came in randomly with a friend when we saw the sign and it was the best decision we made! Mathew greeted us with so much pride for the handmade pasta and sauces they make and made sure we had a great experience. I ordered the spinach ricotta ravioli with a vodka pink sauce and sausage and it was amazing!! The servings are large and the ravioli was stuffed to make it well worth the price. He chatted with us for a while and even gave us some cannoli’s to try out. Great place if you want a chill lunch in between classes or during a lunch break. 10/10 experience!!
