Maria's Kitchen — Restaurant in Boston

An absolute delight! I had never been here before and had just gotten out of Faulkner and was looking for something comforting. I drove past Maria's and there was a great amount of parking and 15 mins spots so I decided to pull over and check out the menu. After reading some reviews I decided to order a large turkey club sub for pick up. The food was ready in 10 mins and as soon as I arrived I was greeted kindly by the cashier who promptly found my order. The sweetest woman ever sang out from behind the counter, "I made you the most delicious turkey sub ever, you are going to love it!" I told her how I found them and was showered in "feel betters"and "happy new years". I felt right at home and like my own Grandmother had made me this sandwich. Corny as it may sound it tasted as it was made with love. It was beautifully packaged, made exactly to my specifications and was the most delicious turkey club sub I have had in a very long time. All the ingredients were super fresh and I cannot wait to come back and try everything on the menu. Thank you so much Maria🙏🏽 you and your staff truly made my night💕 Food...

Well, me and my girlfriend came for first time yesterday. Upon entering I was first impressed with the size and cleanliness. First we ordered mazzeralla sticks, then I ordered a BLT with Avicado (first time had BLT with avicado), she got the Spinich Pie that came with a Greek Salad. I tried a piece of the pie and it tasted very good. The Mazzeralla Sticks also were very tasty. Unfortunately, I was not exactly thrilled with my first BLT with Avicado. My first thought,was that there was not much bacon in it, i had to open it and see if any was there. Not too much tomatoes either I also noticed it seem to have too much lettuce. I could only taste the Avicado. My food rating is low only for my own personal experience of what I ordered. I will definitely be back again. Maybe I will get a regular BLT with mayo and hope the bacon can be a little more generous. I find that what makes a good BLT is when the tomato juices mix with the mayo and then the taste of bacon. I'm always looking for new restaurants around my office to get food for meetings and events from. I found Marias and placed my very first lunch order with them, for my bosses: it was just a salad and a sub. The photo of the turkey sub on their website menu shows a sub with turkey and a bunch of veggies on it: lettuce, tomato, etc. The description says, "Add toppings" but doesn't give the option to add anything. When my boss joined the group order I made, he just wrote in "no olives, no cheese, light mayo". What do you think he got??

A cold sub roll with a bunch of sliced turkey on it. That's all.

I called to find out if there'd been a mistake and a very bored-sounding person said "Yeah the veggies are just in the photo. If you want other stuff on it you have to add it during your order." I said, "Cool, so you're saying it's our fault. Got it. Well, I won't be ordering from Maria's again, thanks." She goes, "Yeah sorry" and that was it.
