Updated review at bottom of this review If you want to build up your immune system, this is the place to go. Start by looking at the stairs going up or down your choice. You will see that it hasn't been cleaned for months. Pink and black mold in the showers, hair, tissue, paper towels, shampoo bottles, and bars of soap, and sometimes clothes are scattered about and left sometimes for days before being removed. I'm a youtuber, and I travel the country full-time and we use these facilities every day. I am shocked that anyone says this place is clean. I will return in three or so days and do a follow up, next time I will add photos to show you all what I mean, I'm positive it will be the same or worse. Oh, I lost my comb, came back today and apparently I left my comb on the sink where I found it again. Yes, it's that bad.

Came back after almost a week of my last visit and review. I left a small piece of my soap on the floor next to a band-aid, and yes, they are still there. The soap is smaller now due to washing away. To the owner, it is not my responsibility to talk to the manager that is working here. If they cared to begin with, it wouldn't be in this condition. Your responsibility is to follow up, come to your store and see if the conditions are to your liking and go from there. I think inspections should be held by the health department for these types...

Clean gym. Always has spray bottles to wipe down the machines. Friendly staff and clients. Machines are in working order. It seems the broken machines . Which I was told most likely be fixed in a week. Seems to be taking a lot longer to have them fixed. Difficult when it is the one & only Seated elliptical machine. There are no duplicates. I have called to check that it was in working order. That was after waiting 2 1/2 weeks. I Went the next day to use it it’s still broken!!!! I was told the machine repair was done. It still is in desperate need of repair it will not allow you to sit and alternate handles and foot gliders. Which is a major safety concern when using this type of machine. I have reached out to many head staff and am really frustrated and disappointed. I am disabled and joined planet fitness to keep my leg mobility using this machine. I was there every morning 6 days a week. It has now been an additional 4 weeks. When will this machine be fixed I am being charged and not able to use the machine I joined to use.. I was initially glad I joined the West Roxbury Planet Fitness. Now...

Clean, new, affordable, surprisingly easy parking (weekday mornings at least), everything anyone would need to get a complete workout in. It’s not a huge gym, but with 3 floors they’ve made great use of the space. Never too busy (it’s early on, I know) but with the amount of cardio and fitness equipment I can’t imagine one ever finding themselves waiting for a machine.

To the person who left a 1 star review for the gym not being open, it’s because it wasn’t open, yet… I assure you the place is fully staffed bright and early at all the times it’s supposed to be.

Edit- taking a star away because the AC has been down for an extended amount of time and management hasn’t thought to put even a few fans in and around what is already a hot moist environment, never mind the multiple heatwaves this summer. I don’t expect it to be fixed immediately, But when you’re going on a month with no moving air in the weights area, at least invest in a few fans to help keep the equipment from getting...
