The Real Deal — Restaurant in Boston

I ordered a large cheese wing and some buffalo tenders. That’s it. I get there and I see that the register guy is has his back turn and he’s dancing for the people in the kitchen which I am a big believer in half fun at work you know, but he turned around and saw me doesn’t say hi and just asked me what I ordered. I said a large cheese and Buffalo tenders and then he’s looking at me like anything else. I’m like no I just ordered it. He’s like well. What’s the name Gave him my name. First, she grabs the bag, supposedly with the tenders in it, which I almost believe that he actually took a glimpse inside and then he grabbed the pizza after I get home and no tenders some crazy sandwich yuk With tater tots and I’ve been craving buffalo tenders for two days.. anyway, supposedly they’re gonna credit back my credit card. It’s just a fact it’s like taking an extra 30 seconds to say hello and an extra 30 seconds to make sure the order is correct would go a long way. Covid helpful info: parallel street parking, no meters. Most times of the day you can find a spot near this location. Once you walk into the joint you will go to the cashier to get your food. They have 2-3 tables inside but not sure if you can dine in there. No tables to dine out, it is mostly a location people do take out or delivery from.

This location is a local favorite for me. I used to live near the Cleveland Circle location, hang out with friends near the JP one, and now I live by the West Roxbury location and I love them all equally. Their food is consistent and they are always quick. My favorite app that I get almost every time is their onion rings because they are really yummy but I am a big fan of sauces and their kickin bayou sauce is delicious! The sauce is like a sriracha, Mayo, and other yummy things (real deal sorry if I’m wrong with those ingredients!) I put in an order online at 5:45pm for delivery. After 2 phone calls checking the status I finally received my order at 8:20pm and it was cold. I ordered chili cheese fries which was cold like it had been sitting for an hour somewhere and looked very unappetizing. My son ordered a burger with a runny egg on it and imagine how that tasted cold. This whole experience very disappointing. This was my second time ordering from this establishment and I think there will not be a 3rd order from me. The first time I ordered the food was on time and hot. I called and spoke to a manager and she said she would give me a refund which I guess is fine but that does not solve the fact that my family waited over 2 hours for food and had to try to heat it up as best we could once we finally received it.
