Medallo Bar — Restaurant in Boston

I Went there a couple months ago with a friend sat at the bar and took only 1 shot that “allegedly” someone sent us and the girls didn’t want to tell us who it came from.Instead, immediately after I blacked out according to my friend and waking up the next day I did not remember anything that happened thereafter the one shot. Went again lastnight with friends because they suggested and my girl friend had only 1 shot and completely became obliterated to the point where I never in my lifetime seen her this way! Just not a good place to go untrustworthy bartenders and management. Towards the end they harrassed me for money pertaining to a bill and I did not ask for one drink the entire time there. The ambiance was ok. They played a range of music from regueton to salsa, bachata, and merengue. The service was not particularly kind and the staff and security were definitely rude to some people especially as it got later in the evening and if they weren’t buying drinks. Unfortunately, it’s not place to go and just dance. Not a friendly place if you are with a group of females. Drinks are expensive and drinks are not the best, bartender doesn’t know different drinks. When requesting a table, they force you to buy a bottle. Yeah, not a place to chill and enjoy the music. Dj should lower the music, wicked loud. You come out of there deaf, no joke on that....
