Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Boston

The staff here is so rude. I’ve never had an issue with my drink but after wanting to use my BOGO offer last weekend, I was told that wasn’t a deal even after showing them the coupon. I also showed them how I am able to do it on the app but I use my husky card so I don’t have to pay actual cash so I can’t do it on the app. I called Starbucks customer service to make sure that I can use it there and they said I should be able to and gave me a refund for the drink which was great. I tried again today and once again I was denied but this the three staff members stood in front of me loudly saying to me I cannot use it. I felt students staring at me and it was completely embarrassing. One of the workers had the nerve to say “yeah you complained and our manager told us about it” after telling them Starbucks said this was a participating location when I called them. All I wanted to do was use the coupon and I was extremely nice about it and did not demand the coupon, I simply asked if I could use it. I did not need three staff members causing a scene or confronting me about how I “complained” because their manager spoke to them. I ordered a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso today. They changed the oatmilk they use at this Starbucks and now my drink tastes like espresso and water... Not to mention whenever I order a cold brew it tastes weird for some reason. Also this is the only Starbucks within the vicinity of Northeastern so the line is always long. I just hope the quality of the drinks doesn't keep decreasing...

Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a well made drink. This is a licensed store therefore it isn't run by Starbucks (and while it will accept SB gift cards it won't take rewards or stars) The staff are usually pretty miserable and the coffees and pretty average.
