Not fair treatment of customer, Terrible Service attitude, and maybe discrimination.
We went to this store and order two combo with wings and tender chicken, they comes with two drinks, but the front desk only give one and did not mention two combo comes with two drinks, until we found that. She knew we have two drinks but just don't want to give us two drinks.
So when we waiting the meal, we come back to ask do we have two drinks, then the front desk who is a woman said:" you have two drinks, you want it?" We say yes, but this lady just being very reluctant and hateful. Also make a super bad service attitude face for deliverer the drink.
After that, she tell the other lady who prepare food for customer that give us small pieces of chicken like what I show below and leave us to wait until everyone get their food. Inside the chicken box, only one piece is normal size and the other is like a little finger.
We pay for our meal, and why we did not get a fair quality product and services back? It is horrible! These customer is soo terrible! It makes people mad and angry. How can a front desk Popeyes staff did not give what their customer have and order after they pay for it? Not only doing that bad but also being hatefully to choose revenge to give a small pieces chicken to their customer after they require a fair services?
Why Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen provide this kinds of bad services to their client? And hire these kind of non-standard staff to services their client?
First she did not give a right combo set to customer, not because of she forget, but because she don't want to! Second she choose to make a revenge action after customer found the truth and ask for the order they have. Third she being hateful and bad service attitude for the whole time and telling others to do bad service. It is...
Read moreDelicious and fresh chicken! Be advised that this Popeyes is located in the food court of the Northeastern University Curry Student Center, which is cool because there is plenty of seating, during the fall and spring semester of the university’s year, there are definitely hours where the line is very long, getting your food can take 10+ minutes, from my experience, usually starting 11:45am-1:15pm is the first rush hour to order, and then again at about 5pm. You can expect crispy and crunchy with every bite guaranteed! The chicken is usually cooked well. If you order a sandwich, it may have already been prepared beforehand and sitting in the warming light rack, still warm when you eat it. They only put two pickles which is a bummer. The staff get the job done, don’t really acknowledge you, it’s alright. Great food, also, students are ALWAYS buying from here, so your food is guaranteed to be fresh and clean. I love eating from here, I trust it, quality is consistent and food always satisfying! The annoying part is that they only give you...
Read moreToday, I encountered an unfortunate situation at the counter where an employee attempted to overcharge me by $3 for my regular order.(I'm not sure how the system work here but I think she tried to give herself a 15% tips). The individual engaged in deceptive behavior and initially refused to issue a receipt. Upon my confrontation, she was compelled to revert the charge to the accurate price. Such dishonest practices are especially disconcerting within a college environment, and to broke college students. Engaging in such exploitation not only erodes trust but also imposes additional stress on students especially during...
