I am hoping to draw your attention about correct order to correct food service please. My simbling and I drove an hour to get the lamb shakshukah. The lamb is delicious! It was so good that I ordered a lamb pita seperately at the end of my meal to take home.

It is first come first serve however that didn't apply to me. I was ahead in line however I was served last. I can see the hesitation of how the staff handled my order. I didn't give it much thought cause i thought that they were carefully making my order since it took half an hour. . I didn't pay heed to this as we had to leave to drive back home. When we got home i was disappointed to see that it wasn't lamb. It was chicken...

I tried reaching out to your store via phone call however the phone was dropped on me two times.

You guys are a big store chain. This specific branch caters to a lot of students. Kindly be mindful of what it means to serve others. I wouldn't have mind if you guys told me that you guys were out of the lamb or couldn't handle my order properly. I just wanted some transparency and honesty. Don't make a fool of your customers by having them unfairly wait on a wrong order. Don't let wrong orders slide through to the chefs...

Tatte Bakery and Cafe is the pinnacle when It comes to deliciousness I couldn't believe the taste of pure bliss that was in my mouth when I had placed the glazed doughnut special. It was by far the best thing I have ever tasted and it creams any of Krispy Kremes (pun intended) bagels they pass off as doughnuts. Now I could talk all day about the perfection of this places baked goods but I feel like as a reviewer I am obligated to atleast give some form of constructive criticism and in my particular case I think the only thing I could think of was the fact that the only thing I could do on my phone while inside was watch paul blart mall cop 2, which don't get me wrong is a fantastic film, but I was needing to call my mom in order to ask how she was going to treat the diabetes she had gotten (after eating one to many of the Tatte specials) recently, I mean all I had to do was go outside for a bit while I made the call and dont worry readers the amputation went fine and I went back inside to finish my 3rd viewing of the film "paul blart mall cop 2" all in all I loved my visit and will definitely be returning...

We like this place and the ambiance, so we make sure to stop by this particular branch of Tatte whenever we’re in Boston. The staff are usually very friendly. Until the male manager or supervisor, ruined the experience for us. We were buying some of their merchandise (that’s how we like the place) and we asked for a new stock since the items on display are already dirty. The man, whom we are assuming is the manager because the cashier asked him how to go about with the transaction, gave us an attitude when we asked for a new stock. He rolled his eyes in front of the long line of customers and he’s not contented with that, he even made some comments like “we put the merchandise out all at the same time but here you are!” The cashier looked sorry for how the man has acted. So to you Tatte at Huntington, you’re food and restaurant is good but ultimately, it’s the service and people behind your brand that will make a difference amongst all the other breakfast and brunch places in Boston.
