I ordered an iced apple crisp non dairy cream chai, a plain bagel with cream cheese, a mozzarella string cheese, and a birthday cake pop. The store had none of these in stock, despite them being on the mobile app when I placed the order. However, the staff was apologetic and politely asked if I wanted to make a replacement order. I ordered the cold brew with vanilla sweet cream non dairy cold foam, even though I haven't enjoyed Starbucks' cold brews in the past. The batista who assisted me that the sweet cream was enough not to have to add more milk or cream. When I received my order, though, the drink was as bitter as every other Starbucks cold brew I've ever had. I had asked for 10 sugars to account for the bitterness and the drink size, but the baristas never stir the drinks properly, so I'm sure all the sugar has settled on the bottom and the drink is still just as bitter. When I asked for a ham and Swiss croissant to replace the bagel, the barista was kind enough to give me an extra one. Read moreI ordered several items for mobile pickup; an americano with half and half, a shaken espresso with cold foam, and some food. upon arriving to the store, i found that only 1/4 of my items was ready, even though I had ordered 10/20 minutes ago and there was no one else in the store. of course, the only thing it was the hot drink (not hot at that point), and also made wrong, without the half and half they have no problem charging me for. they then informed me they didn’t have cold foam, despite it being on the app, available to order. I then had to wait another 5 minutes, with them asking me several times what I had ordered. Read moreI never post but I needed to vent this. After a 10 hour flight I noticed that this Starbucks at 45 transportation way was opened until 9pm. I was craving a vanilla bean frappachino and walked up to the register at 8:26pm. They expressed that they weren't doing frappachinos anymore because they were closing. I understand that everybody wants to get out of work after a long shift so they start preparing to close a little early so they can walk out at just past 9, but to stop making anything on their menu ( drinks)that long before closing is unacceptable. They had at least 4 workers. I don't know who their upper management is but someone needs to address that.
