To Whom It May Concern: I love Starbucks and visit regularly. Yours is the only coffee that I buy when I'm away from home. However, the experience I had at this Starbucks was horrible. I clearly told the cashier that I wanted a small and a large drink. When the drinks came, I received a tall and a grande. I politely informed the barista of the mistake and she was perfectly nice and deferred to the cashier. Again, I explained the mistake and was perfectly calm about it. However, the cashier insisted that I had ordered a tall and grande (I never refer to these sizes by those names, because I want to avoid confusion.) and was exceptionally nasty. I do not know which drink she charged me for, as I didn't have a receipt (and none was offered). However, once it became obvious that I would have to make a scene in front of my young daughter and further hold up the 20 min plus line that I had already waited in, I took the drinks provided and left. This was hands down the rudest experience I've had with any Starbucks employee and honestly, this woman has zero business working in customer service. As I sit here at my gate, out of coffee, and fuming, I figured, I should write you and let you know. I love Starbucks and will certainly be visiting again in the future... But I was extremely disappointed in this experience.... Esp because going through the airport is hard enough without lacking sufficient caffination and having had a customer service worker giving me unjustified attitude. Thank you for reading my rant and hopefully this employee will be kinder to others...
Read moreWas absolutely not a fan of this Starbucks. I came to get coffee around 7:50ish. My flight was set to start boarding at 8:45, I thought I’d have plenty of time. When I tell you I got my drink and RAN back to my gate at 8:39, that’s how long it took to get my drink. The line was ridiculous, the workers are overworked. As a current Starbucks employee, I was confused as to why I wasn’t permitted to use my discount. There was one person on bar, and two people on registers, which you would think would overwhelm the barista by herself, but she was so slow teetering around making one drink at a time, not sequencing at ALL, that she didn’t even seem bothered. I don’t like criticizing but I know from personal experience that if I had a line that long and I was the only person on bar, I certainly wouldn’t have moved as slow as she had. Additionally one of the people on register took a break to talk to someone on the phone while she went between warming and register. I didn’t understand this as well. There seemed to be a manager on site but all he did was come up to the tablet presumably showing the mobile orders, fiddled with it a bit, and then left. Majorly understaffed for such a big demand of customers. If this was my store, I’d quit. I hope they learn to treat their overworked...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer to Starbucks for years, today it is the first time I had such terrible experience in Starbucks. It is the WORST experience EVER!!!!!! I ordered an ice London Fog latte through the mobile app. While the app clearly saying there’s two TEA bag’s included in the drink, the person who made the drink only using the normal ice black tea base. When I brought this up to another staff there, she said they can’t do the tea bags for the ice drink, and REFUSED to do the correct one for me. WOW, I am pretty impressed, they are really having their own ATTITUDE! First of all, they’re NOT KNOWING what they should know for the drink, I am pretty doubt that they are proper trained. Secondly, they are not bothered to listen and learn; when I tried to tell them I ordered it somewhere else before, and wanted to show them how it should be in the Starbucks app, they IGNORED ME, and DONT EVEN BOTHER TO LISTEN! Thirdly, they are not even busy at the time I went, but they were very IMPATIENT and just wanted me to leave. Really Disappointed!!!!! I am very regret that I did not ask their name, one is Hispanic/black with blonde hair, another is a tall Muslim. Not trying to be racism here, just want to describe them. I Really hope they can...
