The Pizza Shuttle — Restaurant in Boston

This was the most disgusting food I've ever are Mind you, I was 9 months pregnant and would eat just about anything. After waiting 2 HOURS the food came. I ordered a cheeseburger dinner, just fries and a MEDIUM RARE cheeseburger. What I got was so disgusting I had to put it on Facebook, after 3 minutes up it got 143 comments on how it looked so gross people wanted to vomit. First off, it was a frozen Burger that you could buy at the cheapest grocery store around. It was so HARD and burned when. I picked it up to shake it, it broke in too. The even more disgusting thing was the "cheese" on it. I'm not even sure it was cheese, it was see through, and a quarter size of the burger. The fries were cold mush. Being pregnant and waiting so long for food I obviously cried. My husband called the place (since we tipped 7 dollars) we figured they would be kind enough to replace our meal. I would NO EVER order another cheeseburger from there so my husband asked for chicken fingers instead. The guy huffed and puffed and moaned and complained how it "would be coming out of his pocket ",😂😂😂. The delivery took another meal. Most businesses would return your money and comp the meal. Not this place, not only did they keep our money for there Bubba Burgers and Government Cheese, but they whined and bitched about bringing us a replacement. When the driver came back, my husband brought out the rancid hockey puck they called a "burger " even the driver was disgusted. I wouldn't eat this food again if the planet blew up and they were the only "restaurant " that...

Again I am overdue for a solid review rating because The Pizza Shuttle is 100% worthy of a five-star rating every single time you visit.

STEAK & CHEESE: Best in town. Perfect bun to meet ratio. Non-soaked. You will not find anything better in East Boston

CHEESE PIZZA: Best&ONLY Greek-style in town. I was longing for a Greek style pizza in East Boston this place delivers 100% Greek style pizza amazing, hits the spot, consistent.

STAFF: it's truly hard to find some staff that will value the customer the way that you value a good joint. They will remember you and they will execute because they know you are loyal it is the best spot for customer service in East Boston.

I was craving pizza all day and decided to go with shuttle. I'm hooked on their international pizza.. Tonight I wanted something different. I called and expressed I wanted something different. The guy was very engaged and pleasant I felt like a valued patron. He recommend the chicken fajita pizza! DEFINITELY A GREAT RECOMMENDATION! I. LOVE THIS PIZZA!
