Not everyone but most employees are extremely rude stuck up and other people that cover can't even admit when they do something wrong and lie which is just an insult to my intelligence I don't like people that sit there and try to act like they're better than me. I spent over $20 and I wanted my food cooked well done and all I ordered was two sides and that's over $20 which is ridiculous but whatever I'm the one who decided to order it but the thing is I emphasize that I wanted it cooked well done and this woman has the audacity to say that I complain every day I haven't even spoken to her in months not seen her I don't even go there every day I may be order from them I don't know two times a month maybe and I've only ever complained three times and she sits there and disrespects me I don't order from you everyday I go to the place across the street because they actually take care in your food but they don't serve breakfast so I called back just to let them know that know my food was not cooked well done I wasn't going to have my husband walked back there to bring the food back so they could give me my money back or re-cook it I have gotten food poisoning from this restaurant been in the hospital for it I got food poisoning but anyway literally those are the two complaints I've made so I don't even know what else they're talking about oh I think I made one more complaint due to a pizza I ordered that had all the toppings including the cheese all the way to one side of the pizza so it was an even a pizza because the guy delivering it was on a bicycle. So I remember every complaint I've ever made and I've always been very polite to them never asked for my money back I have returned the pizza and got it remade because I wasn't going to eat a pizza with no toppings they don't take care and the food they serve and they serve the lowest quality of food that they can possibly buy. But it's none of my business there's a few things that I like ordering and I will but I shouldn't have to cook my food after paying that much money from a restaurant. You shouldn't have to deal with issues like this when you pay that much money for your food and you should not have to deal with a rude ignorant woman So now I have to cook food that I ordered it would have been cheaper for me to just go up the street and buy it and cooked it myself plus I would have got more quantity. Ridiculous unprofessional poor customer service lack of care in food preparation or how well it's cooked. They don't care about their customers I have spent thousands in their restaurant over the past 3 years when I first went there three years ago their food was very good they just stopped caring. Read moreI’ve always ordered from this pizza house; due to its quick delivery. However their communications skills slack extremely. The community I live in closed their entrance and roads due to street re construction, the driver called and mentioned that he was unable to Enter the community, I mentioned that that was strange because I was unaware of how all streets where blocked. I also mentioned to hand me a second and I’d walk out to grab the food that was ordered, the drivers response was okay. However he was no where to be found when I walked out to the Main Street and I called the pizza house and hey had me on hold for 8min; I hung up and re called three times and they placed me on hold again. So after 15min of being placed on hold on the phone and waiting the man on the phone wants to say that he’s boss said he is not sending he’s driver out and the man on the phone wanted to be rude saying with an attitude that it is not he’s fault which I told him could you please hear me out and he stayed quiet I told the man on the phone; it’s upsetting because i understand the roads being closed as well as the entrance is not your fault but if the driver said ok when I said I’d walk out he could of said he was waiting instead of having me walk out in the rain. I was so upset. They didn’t even give me the option of picking up the food they just went and canceled it.
In response to your reply: Your driver was not waiting for 25min in which I can assure you proof of time your driver called my phone and I called him back. Doesn’t take me more than 5min to walk out. I called and asked if I could pick up the food and thank you I appreciate the “free” food but the pizza was SUPER COLD and at the end of the night so much fuzzing and fighting and no one at home eat it. The Haddock was the size of 2 Fish sticks and was cooked as hard as a rock!! This didn't surprise me because when I ordered the Uphams Pizza & the Uphams Steak Sub about a year ago, both of these items were not the same as it was a couple of years ago.
